They replaced my iPhone battery twice. The second time was November (it's currently mid-March and I've had issues since January) it's already gone bad. First time in November of 2024 I got the extended battery and didn't notice a difference. This time the standard. But if you want it yesterday they will do everything they can to get you moving quickly I lost all of my picture and it turned out to be that the battery was so blown up it just been charged so much while the bottom line is I drive a truck and it gets plugged in a lot especially for navigation. And the screen basically cracked I called them and they originally said to be 230 bucks for a screen. I didn't know they needed the battery too and that was 85 more. The good news is a quote you ahead of time and you kind of know what you're going to pay so you can be ready. I was surprised it ended up costing me $353 but hey you know what it's okay. I could have had it done then and been gone however they didn't have the screen and stock they had to order it only took a day and they got it in that's great by me. And they do a lot of things for a lot of stuff they not only do your phones that some people say you can't change batteries yes they can they do laptop desktop software and hardware repairs and they sell and buy phones and tablets all of the markets not really good you ain't going to get much for a flip phone you might get a quarter LMAO! THAT BEING SAID THOUGH IT'S A NICE EASY MALL STORE ONE OF THOSE CELL PHONE PLACES BUT THEY TAKE ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. Took phone because screen was frozen, they said they needed to open to see what was wrong , stated that touch screen was bad . They replaced it took it home working. 1 hour later screen was flickering. Waited next day because they were close . Took it back and they didn't warranty like they stated because they said I cracked it by putting to much pressure all I did is put case on what a cheap screen that cost me 220 $ for 1 hour . Went to get my back camera replaced and only my back camera for my iPhone 14 for the agreed price of $135 and came back 40 minutes later to then being charged almost $300 because he "replaced the front camera and flash as-well because if I didn't the cameras would not work" witch is a total lie. Back in July I came in to get my phone cracked back part replaced. In the beginning, they couldn't tell me quotes as to how much it would cost. He told me he would just fix it. I came back two hours later it was still not done. He asked me to come back in two more hours. So I did... questioning why he needed my password. He said that something back backup or loading? Very confused with 5 children! Talk about taken advantage of... I came back in January to replace battery that seem to overheat due to the bad camera? Which again I only came in July to replace my back glass crack. They say they don't replace cameras, so it wouldn't be possible unless.. they lie. I was charged $360 back in July and again $80 for a battery replacement! Insane. 14 years of business but still have no records of what was done to my phone in July 2023 and who was working! I'm so happy that the folks here got my phone working. My iphone 10 screen stopped working. Not sure exactly what happened but I could speak through it in the car, and the alarms were going off. But my screen was black. I took it to best buy "geek squad" they told me they couldn't do anything. Here the guy replaced the screen and it started working. But I got to my car and it was back to a black screen. I took it back and he told me to leave it there so he could speak with the manager. A few hours later my phone was fixed.
