Upon her recommendation, I decided to purchase 2 sessions for each area. During each session, Rachael spoke with me about the placement of the cool sculpting apparatus so we were sure to target exactly the areas I wanted. There was no pain when having the session done. There is a little bit of discomfort when the area is beginning to get cold, but it quickly goes numb, and then you don't feel anything. During the sessions, you can just watch Netflix or read until the session is over. Rachael was very attentive during my sessions and I felt at ease in her care as she was very knowledgeable about the machine and the cool sculpting process. 12 weeks after my first session I noticed my love handles (flanks) really decreased in size.
