clearly a money grab. even though the doctor had my test results in front of him he clearly didn't look at them based on the canned statements he made regarding the results. I was then sent to the next step where a "care plan" , offered at almost 4x the cost of the same meds i have been on for years was suggested. the young lady at that step made contradictory remarks to that of the doctor, but also did not take into account the actual levels of my hormones when suggesting my overpriced care plan. So expect an under-whelming visit for which you will pay $250 dollars to add insult to injury. I understand the original woman who stated this practice recently sold it to the current doctor. so there is no longer a person named Kat associated or on staff. she was the reason my son and his wife referred me and they were extremely disappointed to hear she was no longer associated. I have been working with Katalyst since December 2023, after seeing my wife have good success with their program. The team there is extremely welcoming, positive, and encouraging--exactly what I needed when I was hoping to get help with low energy, sleep irregularities, and trouble recovering from workouts. They track me on a regular basis, provide good feedback, help me with building my diet and supplement structure to help me get to a healthier place. Sadly, she told her immediately that it feels like a ball on one side. Gina said not to worry and wait 2 weeks, and if she is not happy to come back. Two weeks later she went back and told her. Immediately Gina said that was not me you must have gotten outside. The Dr. Of the office, said this is Gena's mistake, but we will fix it the next you come. She went few days after, and she was told, this will cost you a lot to fix. My sis did Botox and Hormonal replacement.
