I had an appointment on the 7th and my medication should have been processed and mailed that day. Someone made a mistake and it was mailed two days later. I did not receive my medication which totally disrupted my routine for taking it on Sunday and Thursday. The excuse was that everyone makes mistakes. This is supposed to be to be a medical office and mistakes of this nature are very problematic. They did however immediately charge my credit card for the medication but failed to process the order. Their attitude was troubling and unfortunate and they did not offer to advice on how I could effectively get back to the routine I had. I have been with IThrive for 6 months now. I have an unfortunate customer service issue with one in particular phone rep on 2 occasions. This representative is harsh, interruptive and unreasonable My most recent concern, I had requested l, I pick up my product on March 9th as I will be out of the country and unable to pick it up on my usual date of March 4th. On March 4th I received a credit card notice saying IThrive charged me for my product. I called Ithrive and inquired why they had charged me on March 4th and not gave waited for the requested pick up day of March 9th. The representative stated this is their contractual agreement and that I was stuck with it. I explained to phone rep, that I specifically told the front desk representative that I would be out of town until March 9th and that I don't want to be billed until then. The phone rep was condescending and rebuked every thing I was trying to convey to her. She said, she would pass my concerns on to a manager. I asked to please do! Someone from the office called me to ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I told them that my results were not consistent with what I have been losing in the past. They told me that they had switched to another supplier for a few months but recently returned to their original supplier, however, no one told me. I started the semi glutide and stayed with it for 3 month with zero results. They kept telling me to give it time. I had maxed the dose by month 3. I called and canceled my appt and told them it wasn't working for me. The next week after my canceled appt I received a charge on my credit card for $299. I called right away and they told me they would take care of it. 5 days pass and still no refund on the charge. I drove to the location to have them refund me in person. So sorry for the misunderstanding blah blah blah.. the next day the refund disappears and the charge is still on my card. Now I have to go back to deal with this again in person. When I questioned it I was told they would work with me on this and follow up with me. They never did. My last message was about continuing beyond 3 months but they never responded to that email either. Overall communication was poor and could have been much better.
