I usually take my son and we both get excellent haircuts for $10 bucks less than similar places. And they will always throw in a small design for my son if he wants one for no extra cost. No appointments so it can get busy but they have sports on TVs or just bring a book or a podcast. It's a true mens barbershop so not a bad place at all to hangout for a few mins if there's a wait.

So the story is my son wanted to change his hair from long and curly to a shorter haircut. I know my son; he is not the best at explaining himself. Seems most boys are not the best at this, so I said, "Hey find a picture and bring it with you so they know exactly what you want." So, he did see picture #1. Not my style but hey it is what the kids are into, and it said the guard # right on the picture (important for later). Simple enough right? Should be a 5-star review, what could possibly go wrong? Before we go too far here, a bit of context, I am in a different room and cannot see him from the waiting area. He comes out with a buzz cut, not shape-up done on the front of his hair to clean it up. See picture #2 and #3. He said he wanted to go and would tell me in the car. So I paid the $39 for this cut, plus the $5 tip. Now we are caught up with the part where my son pulls his shirt over his head. I consoled him because I hate to see my kids feeling this bad after something he was excited about. He takes pride in his hair see picture #4 (Side note, do you notice the smile?). I give him a minute then ask him if he is ok to talk. I asked him did he showed the stylist the picture. He said yes, and that she started the cut with the clippers already set well below the 12 guard in the picture. My son thought it was a 2 and looking at pictures #2 and #3 I have no reason to doubt him. What I did not say to my son was, "Now do you see why it is important to bring your glasses everywhere?". Just not the time. So yeah, not the Saturday afternoon any of us expected. Shame too, this place was recommended to me by my boss. Edit: Post Bazooka Charlie response. A picture is worth a thousand words. The hair cut was far off from the example my son provided. Shorter, wrong guard used no shape up work done. The response I get is my son is lying to me or at least leaving things out. So let's assume my son is the problem, and your staff is amazing. That 3 one star reviews of the 4 reviews you received in the last 4 months are just flukes. That your initial reaction leading with criticism of me and only wanting my feedback at the end was a sincere desire to fix the situation. Looking at it this way can you possibly see how I might feel your location is poorly ran?

Usually…read morethey're able to schedule us where Glenda cuts my son's hair while Vonn does mine so we can get in and out and both leave with quality cuts. Both of them do a great job with fades, beards, or off-the-wall cuts like my son's Mohawk. They take the time to ensure quality work but are also efficient so you're not sitting in the chair too long. They're both also great to talk to and have relaxing music playing. Last but not least they have professional front desk staff that always greets you with a smile and there's beer on tap. That checks all my boxes. Highly recommended this place!

!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!…read more Walked in to get a mid fade leaving a couple inches on top for styling. The barber didn't make any introductory conversation or even ask what I wanted. Once he started working, he was extremely slow and kept going over the same area multiple times. By the time I left my rear was falling asleep! I was there for almost an hour and a half. Also, I could tell he messed up multiple times especially with my bangs, because after 20 minutes of trimming with scissors he went over my entire head with the clippers. I told him to leave two inches on top, and he clipped it down to a quarter of an inch. I have a hard time believing this guy has ever cut hair in the past. Vibe was fine. Worst haircut I've ever gotten.

So I got up and was waiting at 6:55am then 7:15......7:30. If you run your business 1/2 right then there is a chance you will cut my hair 1/2 ass. I personally would never take that chance.
