It was clear when the job was unsatisfactory completed, he had no intention of doing the job I wanted, that he would hang the tv and use a white enclosure to hide the wires instead of placing an electrical outlet and running the wires the proper way. It took a while to get these 3 pieces of equipment to speak to each other & work together productively but after about 30 minutes VOILA! I provided custom plasma install with a lower quote from another company and custom plasma install's response was first "we can fix his work." And then when I said, I'm confused (because he didn't answer my question about price matching that) his response was "[competitor] is wrong on his pricing and must be desperate for work." A competitor quote was too low so they resorted to insulting the competitor. I do not want someone like that in my home.
