The Install Pro is amazing! I went to get my radio fixed and they were very easy to schedule and set a time and get a quote. During that we discovered my radios had a connection issue. Instead of just replacing them I asked if we could test the speakers and Alfredo had no issue with that. He said if it is a speaker issue they will replace it and if it is a connection issue they will fix it. It ended up being a connection issue and they fixed the connection instead of replacing working speakers. Alfredo was very nice and even showed me what he was talking about on my car as he encountered it. The one issue is that the shop was slightly difficult to find but if you can get past that minor hiccup I highly highly recommend Alfredo's services. read more

I got a Bluetooth stereo head unit installed in my Subaru Forester. My experience: 1. Best price I could find in the Orlando area 2. Communication and scheduling via phone and text messages was quick. He was very responsive. I called on a Thursday and was scheduled for the next Tuesday 3. He can to my office and completed the installation while I was working 4. Installation time was about half of what other companies told me it would be 5. Everything works flawlessly including the Bluetooth voice calling. 6. Alfredo installed a Panasonic stereo into my 2006 Nissan Frontier truck in late 2019; a huge upgrade to the factory installed stereo. I had engine work done on the vehicle recently that ended up leaving the stereo without any power. After trying to troubleshoot the issue on my own by checking visible fuses, etc. with no luck, I returned to Alfredo to ask for his help. 20 minutes of checking ALL the fuses in the vehicle and engine compartment, he removed the stereo and found a 10amp fuse at the rear of the stereo that needed replacement. Big smile and (though I offered) no charge for the fix. Can't beat this for GREAT customer service after the initial install!! Thanks Alfredo - Absolutely Awesome. read more
