As good as it gets!" and in this case, I could not agree more. The office itself is great. The staff are nice and seem pretty organized, and I book my appointments online without issue. I am also usually able to get a spot within a reasonable period of time (not 6-8 weeks out like so many Chicago doctors). However, the real reason for the 5th star is Dr. Reyes. Dr. Reyes has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. She actually takes the time to listen to your symptoms, concerns, and history. Dr. Reyes also seems to genuinely care about my health and well-being as much as I do, acting sympathetic toward even seemingly minor complaints. Miraculously, she is able to give this much attention to her patients and STILL her office runs on time. I don't know how she does it--I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I first saw Dr. Reyes in January 2014 when she was with the Advocate group. I was disappointed when I called later for another appointment and they told me she was no longer there. The staff had no information on where she was practicing or how to contact. I was forced to try other PCPs, and it was only when I needed a check-up in 2017 that I finally found Dr. Reyes again. I was thrilled and relieved (and clearly, my positive memories of her held up). If there were ever a doctor worth tracking down, it's Maria Reyes!

Jorgenson…read more Over the course of my mother's care, it has been extremely difficult to obtain timely appointments with Dr. Jorgenson. She is frequently unavailable, and appointments are repeatedly rescheduled by the office to other physicians within the same network because she is unavailable. In addition, messages often go unanswered, making it very difficult to communicate regarding important medical issues. My greatest concern occurred today when Dr. Jorgenson refused to authorize a refill of my mother's high blood pressure medication. My mother is 84 years old and has a history of hypertension. At the time the refill was denied, she had completely run out of her medication. T he reason given was that my mother had not been seen in one to two years. However, this is inaccurate. We have been to the office at least twice during 2026. On multiple occasions, appointments originally scheduled with Dr. Jorgenson were rescheduled by the office because she was unavailable. It is unfair for my mother to be denied essential medication due to circumstances beyond her control. The pharmacist at our local pharmacy also expressed concern about the situation, stating that abruptly discontinuing blood pressure medication in an elderly patient could place her at unnecessary medical risk. Despite this, we were told that no refill would be provided and that my mother would have to wait until her next appointment on July 14 before receiving her medication. I find this situation deeply concerning. Denying an 84-year-old patient access to essential blood pressure medication while requiring her to wait weeks for an appointment raises serious concerns about continuity of care and patient safety. I advise you all to be careful. Specially lf your elderly individuals with chronic medical conditions--or your Children's are been seen and put at risk by careless this individuals.

Check-in is always a breeze, the nurses and assistants are always friendly, the overall feel of the place is professional and clean, and I've never had any billing issues. They're also patient and kind indulging my nerves when I'm getting blood drawn and getting vaccinated! I've seen a few doctors here and have always had great care. My primary care physician is Dr. Jessica Kennedy and I can't say enough positive things about her. She's knowledgeable, listens carefully to my concerns, and either has the answer or refers me to an excellent specialist. I'm also very happy with Dr. Mark Romanelli, a dermatologist who does annual skin exams and recommends great products to ensure healthy skin. I've also had positive experiences with the other doctors I've seen at this location, like Dr. Vasiloff, who I saw once at short notice when I wasn't feeling well. It's important to find a team that will help you stay healthy, I definitely recommend Dr. Kennedy, Dr. Romanelli, and this NW Physicians Group.

Gina took the time to discuss all my concerns, examined me fully and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring physician, but I was especially impressed with the care and concern she took with my knees. I've had issues since an injury when I was 14 and have been basically blown-off by several Drs who said there wasn't much they could do. That as AFTER my chiropractor told me that at 25 I was rapidly heading toward a double knee replacement! Yikes! Advocate Health is on my corner, and I awoke yesterday to find an infection nearly had closed off my throat. I hobbled over to the clinic, hoping it would accept a walk-in. The receptionist, Catalina, told me the clinic was booked solid for the day, but she saw how sick I was and double-booked Dr. Sanchez. Within 45 minutes, I was in the exam room. Sanchez treated me with absolute respect (how many doctors call the patient "sir"?) and, seeing my copy of "The Audacity of Hope," even asked me my thoughts on Sen. Barack Obama's chances in New Hampshire. He quickly checked me out, took a throat culture, wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. He also set me up for a full physical and blood work after I'm healthy again. I appreciated the follow-through. There are fast doctors, and there are thorough doctors, but few docs are both. Honestly, Advocate is a bunch of life savers. Also, pretty much every employee at this location speaks English and Spanish.
