I asked for a basic wash and on the inside I asked that they wash the front windshield only. Everything that was done was very average - the person that washed my truck rode to work on a bicycle and didn't know how to make the step move outward to allow him to clean properly - I tipped him anyway as he looked like he could use the $$$. I want to give this more stars but we had a peculiar problem. The key got locked inside the car and we couldn't find it. Took multiple trips and ultimately the door had to be opened using a tool to break into cars. After the full detailing there was the dead body of a bee that had been in the car for months still there. The car was otherwise significantly cleaner. read more

Took by a 2019 F150 that showed the consequences of not being garaged and went for the Major Surgery package to get some paint correction. Wow. They really did a phenomenal job. The paint looks stunning, and their care of all the trim pieces and glass is something else. To boot, the scheduling process was straightforward and the office staff was courteous and informative. I came in a year ago to have headlights done on my sUV. The guy did them by hand and ended scratching the hell out of them!! I had to take the car somewhere else to have them fix with this place. Did. I ended up calling and talking to one of the managers there and told him the situation. They said that we will refund your money completely. I received a gift certificate from my fiance originally to have stuff done on my car so when I went back in there they were like we can give you a credit. Came back in and there was no record of any certificate or refund given back to me because they don't keep records. I would never take a car there ever again badly run business. My wife got me a gift card for my birthday to get my car detailed by Dr. Jazz. I take pretty good care of my car and wasn't expecting too much difference. When I came back to get my car I was pleasantly surprised that the car looked absolutely brand new. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and Dr. jazz and his employees were very professional and courteous. I have always seen this place driving by but didn't think too much about it. We had used this place before and were pleased with the previous owners. Unfortunately we spent $250 on a thorough vehicle detailing only to find trash in the back seat and the entire front window streaked and dirty. That would be the one part of the car that I would have guaranteed would have been adequately cleaned. read more

They did a great job cleaning my Yukon XL. The staff was very nice and easy to deal with. The car was stolen and recovered and they were able to make the interior basically like new. They also were able to buff out a lot of the exterior marks as well. The car is 5 years old and looks as good as it ever has. I will definitely be bringing my other cars here. read more

For starters their website DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT SCHEDULE a time on their website. It will show times available but those times are NOT available. I booked a time a week in advance, only to be told on Tuesday that they were booked for the Saturday that I wanted. The weather forecast indicated 100% chance of rain on Friday and the lady kept telling me she had availability for Friday?? Duh it's raining so let me get a car wash in the rain... When I questioned her about her website working and that I actually scheduled Saturday... she hung up.. I hope their car washes are better than their staff! read more

Let me start by saying that my truck was very dirty before I brought it to Dr. Jazz, but that is why I went there instead of trying to wash it myself in a hand wash booth. Overall my experience was pretty bad. Once I arrived the guy running the desk told me he had to leave and I would have to hang out in the office for a little while by myself. This is after he called me multiple times to come in early, before my 10:30AM appointment. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, I asked one of the guys outside what the story was and he said I should have given to give my keys to him when I arrived. Ok, so I just wasted 40 minutes. After they wash the car, I pay and take off without really checking out, since I've been sitting around waiting for over an hour and a half at this point. Once I get home, I realize that not only is the car filthy, the guy must have been using a bucket full of grit and sand to wipe it down. Now, after only hand washing my truck for 3 years, I have swirls all over because these guys couldn't use clean water. Only giving 2 stars because the car is slightly cleaner then when I got there, but I feel like it was a waste of $50. Between the wated time, the scratches that I will now have to pay hundreds of dollars to correct and the overall filthiness of the car (wheels, tonneau cover, mirrors and grill were the worst) I will definitely not be returning. Also - be wary of all of the positive reviews, they give you a discount if you give them one. read more

*BEWARE* THIS PLACE IS A HARD PASS! Absolutely the worst $85 car wash I have ever had. I had my car washed at the beginning of the week and left it for a full day. I spoke directly with the owner Jazz and told him that I didn't want him rushed on my truck. We walked around the truck and he sized it up and down and I was very clear about what I wanted. He quoted me for the package and he said it will be taken care of. I come back the following morning to pick up my truck. The truck still had bugs on the hood. There was still stuff on the bed side of the truck that was not wiped off. The interior vacuum was a joke. The interior panels and dash were not even wiped down. The wheels were missed on the wipe down. The list goes on. I showed this to the owner and I asked what happened, my truck looks like it was washed at AutoBell for $15. He said this needs to be redone. He even tried to refund me my money and I told him no! I will pay for the service you quoted me. That's when we decided on doing this over at the end of the week. I show up this morning to drop off my truck and Jazz the owner was not in and the office people were confused to see me. The office lady was even the one I talked to the day before to confirm that I was coming in the morning. She said okay I will let Jazz know. At drop off she acts like that never took place. I find out I wasn't even on the books even though I called the day before to let them know I was dropping off the following morning. The sour office lady snarks and tells me Jazz never put you down. I told her that's an internal communication issue and all you need to do is call Jazz. She would not call the owner. The lady in the office has such a sour attitude, lacks professional tone, class, and will hang up on you if you ask for a receipt of the services performed. When I tell her that the guys didn't clean my dash or even vacuum my interior, she tells me it is not included but their website says the "checkup" package (which is what I was quoted/charged for) clearly states that the is included! All she wanted to tell me is that my "checkup" package was an exterior wash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE. I have a 2008 Honda which I want to sell, so I brought it in to clean it up. There were several scratches where I thought I'd need to take it to a paint shop. Once Dr. Jazz was done with it, I decided there was no need for touch-up work. I'm not saying they fixed the paint, but they were able to buff it out to the point where it looked so much better. They also restored my fogged headlights, which are now crystal clear. Super clean inside and out. The work only took a few hours, so I picked it up the next day. Especially when they quoted me outrageous prices. BTW I am unbelievably immune to feeling pressured and just moved here from one of the richest zip codes on Earth, so I'm not being reactive. My truck was in total disarray. There was spoiled chocolate milk all over the carpet and the car smelled horrible. I recently had both my Jeep Wrangler and my Saab 9-5 sedan detailed here. I did the full package which included outside hand wash and wax, interior clean and shampoo, plus under the hood engine steam cleaning. All were done expertly and beautifully. They even touched up some white marks that had been on some of the exterior vinyl. I dealt with several different crew and office personnel, and they were all extremely friendly. I absolutely loved the entire experience and it is a much better quality and price than anything you might get from the Autobell and Sams type of chain locations.
