Then noticed the car behind me pulled right behind between painted lines where the clerk came out and took the order curbside. 2 minutes later they had the cars pulled in and oil changes underway. I had just enough time to snap a few Yelp photos to post - seeing they had none - before they had my car ready. Prices were on par and even a little cheaper for my synthetic oil. I will definitely be back in the future, and would recommend for a quick, routine change!

They have two lines for each service so you select where to start. I did the oil change first. Due to the type of car I have they had to check to make sure they had what I needed. I appreciate that. Some people will try to sell you other things. They weee able to get it changed out quickly then I shifted for the inspection. That was taken care of. I think I speak longer just speaking with staff at checkout which was a positive interaction. I will return based on service, speed, and thoroughness. The staff were friendly. Good location as well. You do have to make a U turn if coming from the opposite direction however. I did use my coupon for this which is one thing I like. Good value overall.

I brought my car here for a routine oil change. I thought everything went fine until I discovered the oil had leaked out all over my garage floor. I saw the oil on a Friday and this shop is closed weekends so I left them a voicemail over the weekend. I couldn't drive it to a different shop because there was no oil on the dipstick when I checked it. I spent the entire weekend stressing about if they had done permanent damage to my engine and couldn't drive anywhere. They didn't even bother to call me on Monday- I had to call them again. I had it towed to their shop and when they called me after looking at it 4 hours later, they proceeded to lie about what caused the leak. The tech tried to say the oil plug leaked but that happened "for no reason", not because they didn't tighten it the first time. Anyone who knows anything about cars knows that oil plugs don't loosen on their own. They lied to me to avoid responsibility and assumed I wouldn't know anything about cars. I asked to speak with a manager who admitted they "may not" have tightened the oil plug which is absolutely what happened. He never offered to refund the oil change or do anything to apologize and try to make the situation better. I told him he needed to refund the oil change. But that doesn't cover the tow, Uber, taking a day off from work, having an huge oil stain on my garage floor, and the stress. I also do not appreciate being lied to. I cannot recommend this shop because they did not take ownership of a serious mistake that almost permanently damaged my engine, and did not make the situation right.

The customer service associates are unfriendly and unhelpful if you have a question. If they know you they will help you and if they don't know you they are unwilling to go the extra mile. There are 2 or 3 of the associates there who I'd like to name but I won't but they are just unfriendly and they have a nasty odor about them that makes me wanna throw up every time I'm around them. I have met some really nice people who work there in the past but since the pandemic began the guys who put up stock are not friendly and they act like you are bothering them if you have Questions about where is this or that. I normally give good reviews to every company I deal with but when there is an honest review that needs addressing then I think people should tell it like it really is. Also you can only blame the crappy management in these Walmarts in Gaston county. When you have lousy management, you'll always have lousy employees. Remember it always starts at the top.

The lady ahead of me called someone and he came and spoke to her. He said that they were training a new guy. There were 2 people working on tires and the new employee. Why not have one of the 2 do the oil changes?????? He also said that someone called in and someone else would be there in about 15 minutes. I finally got my oil change. I was standing at the counter and an employee was checking me out. Another employee came by and said, "Come on let me show you". This employee leaves me at the counter and says absolutely nothing. One of the tire guys (Patrick) comes in from the bay. I asked, "Are you the manager?" His response, "No, I am not". Patrick goes back to the bay. I'm still standing there along with 2 other customers. Patrick comes back and uses phone for something. I call the store number and describe my situation and request to speak to a manager. The Operator rings me through. At this point, Patrick hears me and decides to check me out. The store manager never answered the phone. I will never go there again.

I work as a F/A for American Airlines going on 30 years . A very fair person and do my best to treat everyone with respect and kindness every day. .. Took my Honda accord to get AC working. Blower worked fine but needed charged . When I picked it up, it seemed to still blow warm air but thought it needed a few minutes to get cool so I drove it home in about 4 minutes. Should have went right back but I honestly thought it needed a couple minutes to get cool and I was very close to my house. I parked the car . Then I Drove it THREE days later & it blew complete hot air . I told owner about it and he did nothing for me . (even though he states that they stand behind their work .) He said with an uncaring tone, "They can blow at any time. "Really? Drive the car home in a few minutes while it's already blowing warm air and three days later it doesn't work and it blew??? You think so? I paid several hundred dollars to have this fixed. I asked several people and they said you did something wrong. I asked several people and they said you should've made it right. I still have no air condition.. He messed up and did not take accountability and responsibility . I paid several hundred dollars. I don't even know what this dishonest person did for that much money. I was going to get my oil changed there recently , but it did not sit right with me to go back and give them my business and then this all came to surface again . People know deep inside when they aren't doing you right . There's no way that air air-conditioning was fixed . He took my money. These people do not treat others fairly. Also, another huge thing, he did not lock my car when I left it there & a homeless person was in my car found rooting around on his security cameras. They called me. How horrible.
