Kory did my laser hair removal and prp microneedling. I love the results that I get and I love how detailed she is. I'm also not very good with pain so she constantly checks in with me during all my sessions to know whether she should lower the settings or Try to numb me for a longer period. Kim and Rianna are the front desk girls and they are absolutely amazing with all my questions and concerns. I bought a bunch of services so booking was difficult but they were so incredibly patient. They're so friendly and attentive! They even answer my questions and emails on their days off!! Seriously, I don't know where the managers found these amazingly hard working and super sweet girls. I will keep coming back as long as these three work there. Also big shout out to Rianna because she has rescued me more than once with my rescheduling cause of my work schedule. This place is racist. Stay away! I bought a Groupon for my fiancé who was looking forward to getting laser hair removal. They apparently only care about white people and couldn't even do laser on him because he's half black and they don't even have the machine to serve anyone that doesn't have light colored skin. Went in for my first laser treatment today. I was really nervous because I've been burned (literally and financially) from lasering spas before. So far though I'm really happy! The place has a good vibe and Reanna at the front definitely helps. She is very friendly which is appreciated! Kristine did my lasering and she was awesome. Dr. laser got some good prices that enticed me into coming. I was immediately greeted by the front staff Kim & Reanna. They were extremely helpful as they walked me thru the documents I had to sign and explained to me about the procedure and who my nurse would be. Once I was done with the documents, nurse Kory came and greeted me as the one who will be performing my micro-needling with PRP procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and what to expect going into it and the post procedure after care. I felt at ease when she told me what she was doing and how she would do it. There was not a single time that I was surprised about what was going to happen. And it does feel like tiny needles but you barely feel it because of the medicinal grade numbing cream they apply on your face prior to the procedure. It's day 4 after the procedure and my skin is starting to become almost my normal skin color! I followed all the steps Kory had given me for after care and if I hadn't it may have taken even longer to heal. Just had the Laser Skin Rejuvenation Facial! I was a little nervous at first: face + laser = eeeek!! But my nurse Lindsey put me right at ease. She explained each step and kept me talking throughout the procedure. First she warmed up my skin with a laser (felt like a warm puff of air), put the charcoal on, followed by the laser treatment. I had been coming here for a few years, but after my last visit I can say I won't be going back. I arrived early for my 11:45 appointment and was let in the back room to change. By 11:47 my laser tech came in and asked me if I can actually change back into my clothes as she had another client to work on first. I did so and waited. When let back in to change again I didn't feel as though the sheet on the chair was clean because of the rush. After my appointment was finished I went up to the front to pay and the woman at the register had explained that a homeless man had just finished destroying their sign right out front of the business. This made me nervous to leave. Not only was this an uncomfortable situation, but on top of that I also felt misled with the pricing of the service I had received. After realizing what I was charged for, I called the front desk believing there may have been a mistake and the woman who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I've never been talked to in such a way and it was shocking coming from someone who seemed very kind initially. Everyone has their bad days, but to be treated in this way after being a loyal client for this long made me feel disposable. I won't be referring my friends here any longer. read more
