I've been coming to this place for Botox for quite some time and have always been a loyal client, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My sister recently won a giveaway here. At the last minute, she found out she was pregnant and understandably couldn't use the services, so she gifted them to me. I took time off work and drove an hour to my appointment, only to be told after arriving that they would not allow the service to be transferred. What bothered me most wasn't just the policy, but the complete lack of compassion or effort to find a solution. There was no empathy for the situation, no attempt to accommodate, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience after I had already made the trip. Customer service matters, especially for a business built on repeat clients and relationships. Okay... WOW! I cannot say enough great things about Skin Society Med Spa! From the moment you walk through the door you're treated like family. The team is not only incredibly friendly but also highly knowledgeable which is so important when dealing with different body types and skin tones and conditions! The team walks you through everything with genuine care and attention to detail. What really sets this med spa apart are their state-of-the-art machines for body sculpting. I wanted to enhance my abs and obliques without having to put in the dreadful hours and months it takes to build my abs like I was in my 20's. The technology they use is next-level people!!!! You can actually feel your muscles working as if you're doing an intense workout, but without the strain or time commitment. Tightening, toning, and visible definition in all the right places and burns fat in the process. Uhhh yes please! I said "SIGN ME UP!!" Plus, they offered amazing packages that make it easy to commit to a full transformation without breaking the bank. Came in for my first time ever trying Botox for my crows feet area back in February. I was assisted by Meredith and she's very nice and knowledgeable . Wow I am officially obsessed! I came for a beauty IV treatment and loved it! Christine is such a pro when it comes to IVs I highly recommend coming here for yours ! The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and the location is adorable. If you are short on time or don't like waiting an hour for an IV don't even worry because they only take about 20 minutes unlike most. They have some sort of pressure bag where it helps filter through faster and its great. They have alot more to offer than just IVs so I can't wait to make my next appointment with them! I came to get Botox in April. The technician didn't clean the area before injecting as all others have the many times I've gotten Botox. As a result I broke out immensely and it's now June and my face has yet to clear up. I'm disappointed because I've had good experiences before this one. But unfortunately this left me very disappointed and as someone who rarely breaks out to now have insane acne due to this experience I just say beware and make sure to either come without any makeup or ensure your face is properly cleaned prior to getting injected :( read more

Came here for the first time today. I did a dermaplaning, which includes LED light therapy, with Alexa. She was fantastic! It was my first time doing dermaplaning, and Alexa took time to explain the whole process and offer suggestions for follow-up care. She made adjustments to the procedure as needed based on my skin. The place is very clean and cozy-- I particularly loved the heated bed and blankets which is a detail I think most places overlook. I'm very new to the world of medical spas and facials but I absolutely foresee myself coming back to Skin Society for more treatments in the future! read more

So I came to Skin Society to have Morpheus8 done on my face and neck. The facilities are top-notch, super clean and modern and they had all the latest equipment. I got there at 11 AM and was in the chair for my procedure within 15 minutes. Their NP - Christine - did the procedure and was professional, proficient, and took the time to do it right. Recovery was less than 24 hours and I began to see significant results within a week and now it really shows. Highly recommend both this facility and the procedure if you're thinking about it. I have also been there for Botox with their RN Kim, who was also great. She was very experienced and professional and did exactly what I needed. Not too little and not too much. So far I've recieved two services from this new Med Spa in OC and just WOW! The spa itself is so chic and designed to perfection! The owner, RJ, and is so friendly and accommodating the moment you walk through the door. You're greeted with a beverage of your choice along with a warm towel. It truly is 5 star service all around! I had an unreal Hydrafacial with esthetician, Lauren, who was so gentle and knowledgeable. She talked me through each step throughout the process of the facial. An added bonus was the amazing arm and hand massage midway through the facial. Let's just say my skin was GLOWING for days. Jenna did my lip filler. I had been debating getting lip filler for the longest time and when I finally decided to go for it she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. It was a painless and quick procedure, and she constantly communicated to me throughout the process. We did 1/2 a syringe and the end result exceeded my expectations!
