But I could not see properly. Their was no adjusting or regrinding the lens. It was right. The prescription lenses from Carlson Tillisch, my sight was visually swimming when I first put the new glasses on. Oh, no! Not again. The technician said, lets adjust the frames a bit and see if we can make that go away. Yes, the physical adjustments worked. By the time I got home that day, my eyesight was the best it has been in a decade. I no longer say to my family, "I can't see that." I want to thank the eye doctor for getting my prescription correct for my vision. The support staff was very good and helpful.

A week later I got my lenses After trying to see through scratch lenses for an extra month ! Whenever I've had my classes adjusted they only wanna put new nose pieces on them with no adjustment ! I do NOT recommend this pearle vision store. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Your presence is a…read morebother to them. The grump that "helped" me order lenses was annoyed with pretty much any question I asked. She gave short, clipped answers with little detail. Also, she was rude when I asked about Crizal brand lenses I had heard about in the media. She rolled her eyes and said, " those are just fancy AR coated." How dare I ask! Why was she so rude? Could it be because this store doesn't sell them? When I picked up the glasses, another discourteous individual handed them to me and said, "there done." I had to ask to have them fitted. She said "we only put in the new lenses in (my old frames) we don't change anything." Well they did need adjustment. She begrudgingly did it but said she could only adjust around the ears on plastic frames. She adjusted them twice but acted like she had done it a hundred times! When I left, they were crooked and smudged from her fingers--no offer to clean them either. Two days later I went to Mayo Clinic NE optical (Rochester). The gal there immediately commented on my glasses, that they were crooked. She said there were lots of things she could do to plastic frames to make them fit. Within 10 minutes my glasses fit awesome and I was so pleased with her helpfulness and customer service. I will NOT return to pearle vision in Mankato, MN and will tell everyone of my experience there!

Got a lady with a ton of attitude and tell me there was no other reason why they would call me. Just plain snotty and got hung up on. Over priced and the eye doctor Dr. Crowley was in a rush to finish my eye exam try to shake hands with him after the exam nothing from him just walked away. If anything look somewhere else. I'd rather take my business to my hometown eye care provider any day.
