They told me they were not the kind of business that just dropped everything to come out. They were willing to come the next day to evaluate my chairs problem. Sure enough, it was the controller and Dave, the technician, told me it would be $110 for a new one. I asked if they had a loner. No! Could they sell me a controller from a floor model? No!
