They were great. They cut it down while I waited. Fast forward to now--when I was being discharged I chose HH for the durable supplies. When they delivered them I told the man that the tone of the place had changed and how the service had gone down. Giving them the order was (and I told them so) a way to give them a second chance. Two days ago the hand controller for my lift chair failed. I was stuck in a lying back position. I was frightened and called them. They told me they were not the kind of business that just dropped everything to come out. They were willing to come the next day to evaluate my chairs problem. Sure enough, it was the controller and Dave, the technician, told me it would be $110 for a new one. I asked if they had a loner. No! Could they sell me a controller from a floor model? No! The prepared invoice said Service Call $25, Fuel Cost $10. The store is about 2 miles away! Needless to say I am not buying the controller from them. When you are handicapped you expect more of a caring attitude or vibe.

Except for this last month, when 2 of his meds weren't mailed out correctly, they have been consistent and shown up on time and packaged very well. The time 2 things were missed he was able to call them and they held the meds while we drove there to pick them up in person. The pharmacy has a small gift shop with some very cute gifts, and the staff has always been nice to us. We've always gone in on the weekend (very limited hours though so check before you go) and we've never had to wait in line. Not busy at all so that's a plus for us too. I'd recommend them.

It has a nice collection of compounding pharmacy collectibles on its shelf ( likely not for sale). Forgot to ask if it is a compounding pharmacy. Those are harder to find. I will go back. There is also a concrete bench to sit on outside if you are waiting for someone. However bench sits low. The one down at corner of sidewalk ( nearby) sits higher. It is not a big pharmacy but it is large enough to feel it is fully functioning.

Can leave voice mail for Yvonne; she does return calls within 3 business days. Can't seem to e-mail Yvonne. Only text. Useless for us vision impaired. Weeks of trying to get supply entitlement sorted out. Still not. Initial set up provided only one of everything (and 6 filters). No extra pillows. My PPO insurance said two a month. Same issue with replacement heated tube etc.
