I have been a customer here for about 20 years. No issues. Recently this pharmacy changed the applicator for a vaginal cream to a cheaper version that cracks when attaching it. When I asked for replacement applicators for the cracked ones, the owner wanted to charge me. So I called around and found another compounding pharmacy, closer to me, that sells the vaginal cream for about half the price, and they use a more advanced type of dispenser, more like stick deodorant, though it's still a cream. So I will no longer be wasting cream. When you have a loyal customer like me, first, you shouldn't raise the price so much, and because you now use lower quality applicators, you should not be charging the customer for them. read more

Amazing customer service! My dog needed a certain dosage of her medication that was too difficult to split from capsules so Park Compounding Pharmacy did all of the work for me. Whenever I needed a refill it was as simple as calling them up and they'd mail it out to me with the card on file. So easy! When I was out of refills they'd reach out to my vet for me. When you have a sick/aging dog there's so much to worry about and so much to do but with Park Compounding Pharmacy there was one less thing to worry about. She just passed two days ago and I'd recently ordered her a refill that we never had a chance to use. I called them, not expecting anything, and they refunded me and said I could donate the pills to a vet for people who couldn't afford the medication. Park is my favorite Compounding Pharmacy! They are great about filling orders fast and having them available for pick up or FREE delivery! Since I moved, the free delivery has really been an added bonus. Also I found out after speaking to the pharmacist, they are very knowledgeable in Mast Cell, and use fillers in medications for it that are the least likely to cause a reaction with most mast cell patients. They are all so friendly and easy to deal with. Also, pricing is very competitive on most items. 10 stars!! read more

Great professionals, who are extremely helpful...providing excellent service. On more than one occasion I needed assisting in refilling a prescription and helping my doctor to get the dosing correct. First time customer, needed to have a specially made cream script filled and this place was closest to my work. I arrive around 1:10 only to find a locked door and a sign that said "will return at 1:30". Ok...maybe there's only one person working, I thought. So I sat in my car for 20 minutes, using up MY entire lunch break waiting for them to re-open. Once I get inside I'm shocked to see SIX people working. Six! Why on earth would you inconvenience your customers during a time when they are likely to come drop off (lunch hour) so all six of you can eat/take a break together?? The woman I spoke to was nice once I got in, but really disappointed I wasted my valuable lunch time so that six employees could all take a break at the same time. read more
