They also have a smallish patio out back, a large back room with a bar (I believe it can be rented out), and the main tap room. Between the main room and back room there's a hallway with windows that look over the brewery so you get a little sneak peek. The main tap room has kept the original charm of the place. It's like stepping back in time but with AC and no cows. They don't offer food but will occasionally have food trucks or you can bring food in. Service is always friendly even when they are packed. They offer a variety of craft beer and they can also do cocktails. I love the brunch stout and the black IPA when it's in season. On my last visit I had a sour and I thought it was good. They also do a fun event on Sunday called stockyards Sunday service. During service they have live music which is usually bluegrass and it's always packed and fun. I recommend getting there early to get a seat. They usually have a food truck on board during it but check the socials to be sure. If you haven't been, definitely stop in and check them out.

We then watched our server get a little upset with the cook while pointing to our table, so there were some interesting, public communication issues among the staff. Finally, when the time came to pay, they presented their tap system, where the server was walked me through my items and processed it, quickly selecting the tip amount on my behalf me and finalizing it before I could say anything. I asked her about the tip, she pointed to show me how much it was, and I shared that I understand that but she selected it for me. She laughed, said thanks, walked away. I wasn't planning to return based on the food, but the forced tip amount at the end of a pretty bad dinner experience was what really changed the tone of my review. Une Demi Croque Monsieur Panini - Thin slices of ham, melted Gouda, and Mornay sauce sandwiched between sliced bread made up the components of the panini. The way it was constructed reminded me of a pizza. Just the right amount of gooey creamy cheese and salty sweet ham made this sandwich delicious! The arugula salad was fresh with a satisfying crunch in every bite. A slightly tart Dijon vinaigrette was drizzled over the top. Eclair Bouchee with Chocolat Mousse - Each bite size eclair was flaky and crispy on the outside with a hard chocolate ganache coating. They offered an IPA, Hefeweizen, brown ale, English ale, Mexican lager, vanilla cream, and a coffee kolsch. So a decent variety. I only tried the coffee kolsch. Full disclosure, I'm not a huge kolsch fan. But I liked this one. It had a nice coffee flavor and was really light. I'd definitely order it again. I'm definitely going to come back to see what other beer options they offer in the future and I'll have to try out the food too.
