Get a text within hours to set up time and fill out paperwork. Too easy so far. Last night at 7pm from my living room I met with the dr via phone. It makes you submit a picture from a camera in real time. That was not easy on a computer with a web cam. They rejected the photos causing a delay. We were able to submit the new pictures with a smart phone in reply to the text from them. They requested a wider shot on the head shot causing another delay. TIP: use a smart phone to complete the process. It will save time. The process was OK and should have been quicker than 4 days, but it worked They should fix the app to upload jpeg files and show examples of acceptable head shots. Otherwise good service and good price at $109 + tax and less than one week. TIP: print your own card. Organics dispensary refused to honor the digital card on our phone.
