Despite my negative experience at the dispensary, I cannot and would not recommend this establishment. The associate I encountered was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us in finding a suitable strain seemed to not care much once we mentioned the promotion we were interested in. The advertisement prominently states "FREE OUNCE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS" without any additional fine print. This should be the sole basis for honoring the promotion. However, upon visiting the dispensary, it was discovered that a $50 purchase is required to redeem this offer, and the customer receives only 7 grams of some low grade in house brand instead of the advertised full ounce. This is a significant reduction in the value of the promotion, requiring the customer to return three more times to spend another $50 each time to obtain the promised amount. This advertisement is highly deceptive, and if the dispensary is aware of its misleading nature, it should take appropriate action to rectify the situation. This could involve removing the advertisement or making a substantial alteration to the promotional promises displayed on the billboards. read more

There billboard is a lie and they just market a brand of flower for free as a new customer that they don't even give you and they told me when I confronted them about it "that it got me in there right?" That's bad karma and I don't respect this dispensary for how they market to get people in there store. They basically offer a promotion on a billboard and than visually lie with putting a brand of flower next to the promotion on the billboard but don't offer that brand once your in the store. I would not recommend this place as they are already willing to lie to you before you even get in the door. read more

They have a very wide selection so you're going to find something that suits you! Came back here to say, the "secret genetics" is a big joke and turn off. As well as being greeted with "what are we looking for sativa or Indica", I usually say I'm more strain specific, I want something terpy and stoney. The displays don't help, cus there's zero scent on any of those buds and your purchased bud is hit or miss on any terps being found lol, usually 75% of the time it's solid. Which is a high rate for AZ sadly. The other 25% of the time is instant disappointment and regret in pay premium pricing. So ya I've been enjoying trumeds "sneaky link" and today grabbed "milf"....idc what you call it but I ask the genetics and told "idk", I said ok whatever I'll try it. Im pretty good so I'm guessing it's a variation of "rainbow sherbet". I called back after work just now to ask what the genetics were again and I'm told it's a secret. That's just such a joke to me. I'm not a casual consumer I'm more of a connoisseur and this is just annoying. The good: you guys are still my favorite dispensary for flower(your rosin is way over priced). When my Farm Fresh Organics rosin stash gets low, I come in because you guys are still the best dispensary flower quality in the area. Solid fives! This operation is so smooth I love how quickly I am in and out. I purchased edibles for the second time and they had my order ready super fast. I was in and sat down not even five minutes and they called my name for my order. The sales associate told me when the edibles special day of the week occurs. It's on Saturday and the mentioned a new product oils. I walked out with my strawberry edibles and away I went. I purchased the 20 mg but they had multiple strengths and different flavors. I've gone here exclusively for a very long time. I really only buy flower and all Trumed top shelf grown. I've spent a lot over the years but I want high quality product and high potency. 9 times out of 10 the flower is high end high quality and high potency. I've had numerous jelly knee strains and that's impressive. Don't know if that's a common phrase...I have smoked cannabis for 40 years. They don't have as many deals as other dispensaries but the quality is unmatched. The Budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. When I first received my MMJ Card, TruMed was the first dispensary I've tried. I was introduced to the Wedding Cake strain. Wedding Cake is now, is one of my favorite strains. I arrived at Trumed at 8:37 pm and still don't have even an estimate when I'll be able to pay and leave. It's 9:40.... Then i had some of my property stolen from there and it wasnt a big deal for a business that generates a lot of money on a daily, but my belongings did not matter.
