The reason I absolutely…read morewould not recommend this dentist to anyone is that they were completely unprofessional, were trying to upsell me treatments the entire time, and were not transparent in their billing process. I had to ask multiple times to actually see the dentist and get my cavities fixed, even though they knew that was the reason I made the appointment. During the procedure, I had to endure the dentist and assistant gossip about another one of the workers there. Dr. Logan even had the audacity to complain to my face that he didn't have time to drink his coffee because I had cavities. The dental hygienist was trying to get me to get braces without knowing anything about my orthodontic history. And now, over 3 months later, they are calling me telling me I owe them money even though I paid them the full amount they charged me at the time. Would absolutely steer clear of this place.

This is an emergency "walk in" clinic with great staff and doctors…read more I had a bridge that fell out over the Christmas holidays and when my own dentist couldn't schedule an appointment for a month I was able to walk into this clinic and have it repaired the next day. The setup is like a hospital where more severe emergencies will get access first but if you are one of these emergencies and need dental care now this is where you need to be This office does not preform regular checkups and cleanings. A new dentist, a woman, told me it was time for a crown on one of my molars. She did such a terrible job, she created a large gap between my teeth...a food trap. I was having discomfort from day one, I even delayed paying them because my tooth was causing me pain. I found a new dentist that helped filled the gap, treated me with respect. This new dentist has now advised me that decay is now to the bone. I now have to have a very expensive procedure that involves an implant. That is until I called up after a long tooth hiatus to make an appointment. I looked for my old dental practice, which seems to have been bought out by Robie St. Dental. New dentist? Doesn't bother me. Like I said before, need dentist, go to dentist. Anyways, I made an appointment and went. The staff are some of the friendliest people you ever want to meet! They have coffee while you wait, which I thought was weird.. coffee breath? Not really something I want right before someone digging in my mouth, but it's a nice touch. The Hygienist is nice and knows her stuff. As for my dentist? She could be my best friend. She is amazing. So friendly and genuine in her interactions with you. She also worked with me and my dental plan so that she didn't go over. She explained what was going on with my teeth, showed me photos (which I thought was cool) during the process of filling a tooth. Gross and awesome all at the same time. She's constantly checking in while working on your teeth to make sure you're doing okay and diligent with keeping your airways clear! If you get fillings and have to wear "the raincoat" you know what I'm talking about. Her dental assistant is also a sweet heart. They are an awesome team, the whole lot of them. I can't lie, I thought the building was pretty sketchy on the outside but I would 100% recommend anyone who needs a dentist going here. The inside is lovely and I've only had fantastic experiences and results here.

I was never a big fan of the atmosphere or how money hungry Dr Claire Persaud is. I understand everyone needs money to live but, today I was shown that she does not care about healthy teeth and smiles for others. I had a appointment booked over 3 weeks ago to have a filling on my son completed. I was on a cance list as his MSI was due to expire at Christmas. I made a point of letting reception know this also that I do not have any other medical. So today with no warning I register my son, they called me over to the payments desk and say I need to pay $200.00 for no show appointments....... Shocked I said I don't have a extra $200.00 it was going to cost $300.00 for his filling. I also did not have any missed appointments!!!! Her payment associate went out back to ask if she would see my son anyway and do his filling which I had the money for, Claire refused and referred the message of me to pay the no show appointment fees and come back another time when I had filling money. WOW that's all I can say. Imagine someone who supposedly isn't in it just for the cash turning a child away that was just in for a filling. An error on there end saying I was a no show for appointments and to be treated this way, I have never felt so looked down upon in my life! I will definitely be letting everyone know about my horrible experience today as well as finding a dentist that cares about providing a service in a professional manner!!
