Dr Ryan has done a great job with a filling and starting the work on a crown I needed: it's been pain-free, and all explained as I go along. And the front-of-office staff are super, too. They worked with me when I was changing my insurance coverage, and helped me maximize the benefit. They rang me a week after my temporary crown just to see how I was feeling (no discomfort at all, as it happens). And they'll give you vouchers for free parking at the Purdys Wharf parkade, too.

I barely know that they are working in my mouth, I feel pretty relaxed. And I've never had any issues post-procedure. I've had my share of dental work done. They are also happy to fit you in on short notice or if you need something quickly checked on. He doesn't push services on you like some other dentists, with that being said, I will say that it is good to be in touch with your own mouth/teeth and bring up any concerns, because as I've mentioned he is a little more on the quiet side, and quite the opposite of other dentists in a sense that he is not tossing suggestions and procedures at you like other dentists seem to do, which is kind of nice.. because sometimes too much unnecessary work done in the mouth can lead to problems that were never there to begin with.
