I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back regarding blood work and issue with hypertension, yet those calls never came. I had to continuously reach out for updates, only to receive conflicting information and promises that were never kept. Patient care should be a priority, but I felt dismissed and ignored throughout the process. Communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and I was left feeling like my health concerns did not matter. Patients deserve honestly, timely follow-up, and compassionate care - not broken promises and unnecessary stress. I sincerely hope this practice takes steps to improve its communication, follow-through, and overall commitment to patient care so others don't have the same frustrating experience.

We get there, last week; we enter the outside doors at this above address; sign on door states they've moved to 1559 Route 52. Great, now we are officially late. We arrive at the NEW office location (same one visited weeks ago) 6.2 miles back, and the reception people are extremely rude, unapologetic, brusque, etc. We noticed people protesting at the new location for two months. I only gave it two stars because an excellent dr. works there- William Colman. He deserves 5 stars. NOTE TO ORTHO. ASSOC. I was happy to be able to get all this done on one day as my older kids would be out of school for the Veteran's day holiday. Children's Medical Group said they were opened. What they didn't tell me was that there would be an additional $35 (holiday fee) per child that my insurance doesn't cover. I am not happy with the crazy additional fees this practice has been charging me lately. This is only one of several incidents.
