The free tempered glass they put on my phone has really messed with the sensitivity of the touchscreen and I removed it after 4 days. I also wanted a new case since my last one didn't help prevent cracks. It looked like they had a large variety available, but the brand and product I wanted they only had in one color that I didn't like. I did buy a Kate Spade case but found after my purchase that Nordstrom had the same one for a couple bucks cheaper. While I waited for my phone, I walked down to the massage place on the same level of the mall. 20 min chair massage later I had my phone back. I had tried another business in a Addison, Cell Phone Repair Guys, and they were open shorter hours and had less accessories for sale. Also there is more to do at the mall while you wait. The only trouble is parking at Galleria. I'll come back here if I need their services again in the future.
