When he says, "15 mins." it is REALLY 15 minutes. My iPhone 8 had died & I had been without a phone for over 24 hours and was beyond panicked! Brought my phone here to be repaired. The back glass cracked and shattered. He quoted me a fair price and I agreed. He "fixed" the phone and I got it back the following day and I sent the phone off to be traded in. Soon after the phone stopped working and the screen began flashing a green light and my trade in denied and I was sent back the phone. I'm writing this review because the owner of the store was unwilling to look at my phone without charging me again for the questionable work that he performed on it. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. I messaged the business through Yelp on a Sunday about not knowing if I had a broken screen or just broken tempered glass screen protector, and they quickly responded even though they're closed on Sundays. The owner called the next day to let me know they had all the parts needed for either situation. Luckily it was just a broken screen protector, and I was in and out within 5 minutes after they changed it out for me. Edited to add: Just in case you get sticker shock like I did, they charge a $35 restocking fee for refunds. If I had known it was just the screen protector that cracked, I would've paid on Amazon *half* of what I was charged for the new protector and case I bought. I had the mixed (due to my own cell phone related mistake) pleasure of seeing these friendly gents 2x in one month. They fixed my phone for a very reasonable price when it was having a bizarre ghost touching issue. 2 weeks later I crashed hard on it. The frame was bent and the screen was shattered. They again gave me a great price and were very swift. That may be uncommon enough but beyond that they are super friendly and nice guys. My iPhone was not charging and I hadn't backed it up in 3-4 months. I really didn't want to loose everything from that time on my phone. I had already filed a claim with my AT&T insurance and got a new replacement. I decided to try out these guys. I had already taken the phone to another repair shop and even had some "Geniuses" look at it. Neither said anything positive and to just replace the phone. When I got to My Cell Phone Repair the tech wanted to open it up and check out what was going on. THAT I LIKED! No other place did anything more to troubleshoot my phone, plug a cord into it, and I could do that! Got a call that day that they needed to order parts for it. I wouldn't be charger if it wasn't working properly. I figured I had nothing to loose. Once the part came in it was determined that the phone wouldn't be stable enough to be returned to me. SCAM ALERT! We just changed the screen of my Iphone X, as people familiar with the phone know it has an OLED screen, on the market you can find cheap LCD replacements or slightly more expensive OLED replacements that preserve the original quality of the screen. I called to multiple shops to find a good price on an OLED replacement screen. After asking multiple times that this was the price for an actual OLED screen we went and drove from far away to have it replaced. Turns out they installed a subpar LCD screen that's 20-30 dollars cheaper on most other establishments but were made to believe over the phone and in person in the establixhment after asking multiple times that they would install an OLED screen. I regret not having taken my business elsewhere, but I guess this is what happens when you assume a business has ethic practices. read more

I went in to fix glass on an iPhone 6 that my son broke. The owner was very nice. He gave me a reasonable quote and proceeded to give me several discounts for being a first time customer. This saved me about 30.00. He told me that it would be ready in about an hour and then said he would call me when it was ready. About 20 minutes went by and he called me to say it was ready. He brought my phone out. It looked brand new. I asked him to replace the while trimmed glass for black. It looked even better with the black glass and the white button. Superb service. Great product. This place keeps getting worse. I have gone back and forth with the manager via email and text. After breaking my phone, they want me to drive back to their shop another 45 mins to rip off the screen to provide a refund. Are they really going to re-sell the defective screen?!?! I brought my iPhone 7 hoping to get my charging port fixed because it wasn't charging but I ended up with another problem, the 3D Touch wasn't working properly anymore and so I went back and the so called smart phone fixer tells me that it is a software or iOS related issue but it wasn't, next he tells me that he thinks it's the screen that's causing the problem but my screen was working properly even before I brought it in. I really don't get it if all he did was replace the charging port then why is the 3D Touch feature not working anymore, I even tried to show him an iPhone 8 that a friend of mine let me borrow as an example of the difference between them and that he screwed up something in my phone. The whole time I was there he was just lying about the issue with my phone and acting all innocent, he's really just making a fool of himself. He needs to quit that job, if his intentions aren't sincere and trustable. If anyone has an iPhone 7 or later and your looking to get your screen replaced DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMB SHOP, you will regret it he's just going to fuck up your phone to try and get more money out of your wallet.
