Worst repair ever done on my phone and now the touch screen doesn't work well at all and the colors are terrible so we asked for a refund and the old glass and of course he refused although we paid 100 dollars more then what he said the price would be which was 160. He said the phone needed a new battery and I never had battery problems it's crazy. This place is a scam and you should do both yourself and your phone a favor by going really anywhere else. He said it's not under warranty and tried to make me pay another $120 to replace the screen AGAIN. Yes, he did mention that I had a battery issue at first and told me to get it replaced, which I was planning to but didn't have time that day. He never told me that the battery was going to make the screen bulge out and damage my screen. He shifted the blame on me and made it seem like it was MY FAULT since I didn't change the battery on time. a month ago Omg I'm SO pissed! Don't EVER take your iPad for repair to G&S Wireless Solutions on Royal Ln in Dallas! Had one working with cracked screen now 2 that won't charge at all!! YESTERDAY 3/13/20 Got 2 screen repair and 2 battery.At least that's how the text messages appear to read to justify increases in quoted price to me. ( shoulda only needed 1 battery I think) Used the charge left in them from yesterday and today NEITHER will charge. And the guy is SUPER RUDE! Saying " they worked on my charger, I can't talk about this all day . I have customers here . If you can't come up with another charger you'll have to bring them in and we look at them again" ( I'm betting for more money) AND he already charged me a little over$100 more than quoted to" FIX" them! I thought him throwing in a used Otter Box case was nice buto $300+later and now we have 0 working iPads ! Before him at least we had one. Wow, so many mixed emotions about this place! My situation: Android S7 screen cracked. No insurance. Options are: Return to sprint damaged, cost $150. Buy the phone from them, $150. Let Gilbert fix it, estimated at $90. I called him on Sunday to ask how long it would take to get it fixed, he stated, "let me call you right back". An hour passed, and I still had not heard from him so I just went to the G&S Location, only to see a sign on the door stating that they moved. No biggie. I went to the location listed on the door, and it took me to Fox Fuel where there are about 4-5 businesses here. (Checking/Cash place, Gas, Tacos, Laundry Mat and then the G&S Wireless kiosk). There were two guys there, nice as ever. They told me I could drop the phone off with them, but it would be fixed by their boss, Gilbert. Then they stated it would take 24hrs. I hesitated but still left my phone. Monday morning I called Gilbert to see if my phone was ready, he told me it should be done by 2pm. I called him at 3, and he stated that in the process of fixing my Galaxy S7 screen, the LED screen shattered/broke. Apparently my phone is refurbished, (although I bought it new, however that's not his issue at all). Now, my price has gone from $90 to $140 with tax. because he had to go and buy a new LED screen. He was kind enough to not charge me labor, but stated that the screen was 120 and he didn't want to come out of pocket which is totally understandable. Pros: My phone looks like brand new, the customer service was great (both Gilbert and the other two gentlemen that helped me), they made a shitty situation into a "shit happens" situation. Cons: Location on yelp isn't correct, I ended up paying $50 more than I was anticipating, poor Gilbert had to run around and get a new screen for me. Overall: I would take my phone back to them, as long as it's not a Galaxy S7. Customer service goes a long way, and I was very pleased with how it was handled. read more

These guys were awesome. I had 3 different issues. I cracked my screen, my back camera wasn't working and I could not hear through my headset. My phone was still in great condition outside these 3 items that needed to be repaired. I was legitimately worried my phone was not going to get fixed. Gil is my go-to guy for any cell phone issues or questions. Brought him my iPhone 6 a little over a month ago with a cracked screen and microphone issue that Office Depot messed up fixing the last time I broke it. He fixed both issues in a matter of minutes and it's still working and looking like new. Then there was my Galaxy s8. Yah... Broke that screen. Good ole Sprint told me that they would have to send it somewhere to be fixed. Not only that, but they would have to do a soft erase AND it would take at least 7 business days. WHA?!?! My iPhone 6s Plus was cracked beyond repair, so I thought. I was referred by a friend to G&S and they not only have a location but will come to you!!! He came to my job on my lunch around 12:30, and fixed my phone within 15 mins. Tested it, took pics, made phone calls to show that it was working perfectly. Terrible service! Their web-site is a total sham. They never completely fixed my phone, they never came to me,I went to their kiosk (several times!), and the hours they say they're open are incorrect. I had to get the Geek Squad to correct what Gilbert supposedly "fixed". So, l not only paid Gilbert and G&S Wireless Solutions $180.00 CASH, [He DIDN'T give me or send me (via email) a receipt (he said it would cost more to get a receipt]...I had to pay Geek Squad to FIX his mess. BOTTOM-LINE...OVER-ALL TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Oh...and be careful...my signal from phone isn't where it was before all this started and I've been told someone may have installed some kind of malware on my phone. read more
