I called the office to obtain some information and the front desk employee who picked up the phone was not pleasant to speak with. She was quick to transfer me to the attorney without letting me finish asking my question. She abruptly said she can't help me because she's with front desk. I was simply asking for the spelling of the attorney's name and for the email if they had access to it. At least let me finish my question first. If you can't assist me, then it's fine. Terrible experience. Do not hire this firm. They mislead clients, overpromise, and push unnecessary, expensive doctors !!! I was hit by two vehicles, and my case dragged on for almost two years. I provided clear video evidence and was told I had a solid case -- what I ended up with was far from that. I was never informed early on that my case would be part of a global settlement, splitting insurance limits among multiple claimants. That information only came later into my case. My original attorney disappeared mid-case, and the replacement barely communicated. Anytime I wanted updates, I had to chase them down. Many times I asked , practically begged for communication from them but never received anything unless I reached out first ! The way they handled my case caused extreme stress for me and my children, including a disabled child. From start to finish, I felt misled, unsupported, and taken advantage of. Do not trust them. Run far away and do your research -- this firm prioritizes profits over people. Do your research ! They are all over tv making commercials but can't communicate effectively with clients and that's ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would !!! read more

Jill cavern is the worst worker's comp attorney. You could ever ask for she let me get fired for something I didn't do. She didn't even bother to stick up for me or make any calls. They said, I stole while I was on worker's comp. How's that possible? Now, they're trying to put $25000 on me and say I did it, I have proof that I didn't do it. I have proof that Pizza Hut is lying, but nobody cares. Especially jill. Thank you jill for ruining my life. I still can't walk right.I'm still hurt.I still can barely walk barely do anything I was able to do before the injury.But you you told me to settle after I told you, I didn't want to don't use this, don't use these people.They don't care about you. I called Dr.Ted Injury Lawyers to seek help for an injury I experienced with a "faulty" knee replacement. After calling and being switched three different times to someone else.. I finally was told someone would call me back. I never heard from anyone for over three weeks. I started the process again by calling back... and I was passed to several different people and again told that any attorney would call me back.. This time someone did. I went through the whole experience of my injury and told the attorney that I had pictures of the broken knee replacement from my recent replacement ( September 18, 2025) the attorney didn't seem to be interested in helping me pursue any action against the manufacturer of the mechanical knee. He thought it might be a malpractice type case. But it's not that at all. The physician (s) both for the original surgery and the most recent did a great job.. it's the manufacturer and the faulty unit. I lived with this problem for just over a year before the Veterans Administration got me a surgeon to replace the broken knee. Your attorney made it clear to me. " if you're injured in a car wreck.. or on a job." they can help.. but their claim to be injury lawyers is NOT the truth. They're simply interested in going after insurance companies.. Glorified Ambulance Chasers!!. a case like mine would require genuine concern and work... and they simply don't want to help. Their commercials on television are very misleading. The sad part of this situation is that, I have all the doctors notes from the original surgery, I have pictures of the broken knee, I have the name of the manufacturer of the knee joint ... and documented notes from the most recent replacement by the doctor who replaced the broken knee. Dr. Ted is not a injury lawyer and certainly doesn't work to help veterans. The whole approach was less then professional. I'd never recommend this firm. Ed in North Carolina read more

My husband and I were in an accident on December 11. 2015. As of today we still haven't settled this case. There was no communication on their behalf unless we called to check on the case. When we called to inquire, nothing was done since the last inquiry. Anya and Diane worked the cases and it seemed like they did not know one another. Darryl did his part when it came to the property damage. I would not recommend them to anyone. Our case was not important to them. We were not important to them. If I could give zero stars I would. It's been over a year since my accident. An accident that occurred when I was completely stopped and a teenage girl who said she never saw me, slammed into the back of me and knocked me forward ~20 feet. Open and shut case right? Apparently not. Should have been expected since the lawyer they gave me had a voicemail saying she'd call you back at HER earliest convenience. That's how my whole experience with these people has been. I was told in June by her that my settlement package had finally been sent to the girl's insurance company and that it would take 4-6 weeks to hear back from them. Well, it's Oct.22. Not a word. I also had a hospital bill that went to a collection agency. I called my lawyer MULTIPLE times about it. She told me every time she'd taken care of it. She never once said to me, you should pay this yourself and you'll get it back in the settlement. I didn't know or I would have have paid it! She just repeated the same thing over and over again like the parrot she is, 'I've taken care of it'. So I thought it was taken care of!!! It's now been posted to my credit report!!! I have awesome credit, not one blemish until this!! So no matter what my settlement is, Ted Greve & Associates has already screwed me. I have a different woman to deal with now than the one before. I called her over 3 weeks ago. No response as of yet. It would be really awesome if this could be settled since I've been out of work due to back surgery (unrelated to the accident) and money is tight. But at this point, it may be another year or two, who knows with these sorry people. WORSE LAWYERS EVER. read more
