Seamless and quick then I walked out to check in for the x-ray where the experience was similar. I hope I can come to this facility again for some future things like mammograms, x-rays, and bloodwork. I would like to permanently break up with Labcorp. At the time of the visit, I was wearing a temporary splint placed by urgent care and was experiencing pain and swelling. I informed Dr. Graham that I did not feel the splint was fitting properly and asked for guidance regarding appropriate immobilization. I was told that the splint "looked fine." When I expressed continued concern, I was advised to purchase a brace from Amazon and to work on making a fist so that my hand would not become stiff. I was not provided with a specific recommendation regarding the type of brace that should be used, nor was I given detailed instructions regarding activity restrictions or warning signs to monitor. Most concerning, I was instructed to return in four months. I specifically asked whether the intended follow-up interval was four weeks, and I was informed that it was indeed four months. A four-month follow-up appointment was subsequently scheduled. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand the importance of preventing stiffness and promoting recovery. However, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and without clear guidance regarding the management of an acute fracture. My concerns were not adequately addressed, and I remain troubled by the absence of earlier follow-up or imaging to evaluate healing and alignment. I respectfully request that this encounter be reviewed and that I be provided with clarification regarding the rationale for the treatment plan and follow-up interval. She really listens and gives great quality healthcare. She is really looking out for your best interest and is as sweet as she can be. She responds to the MyChart messages extremely quick and is really efficient with the online service. I've seen here several times since moving and have had a great experience each time. On top of that, the staff is really sweet, too. Only thing is that since UF is such a huge system, it's really hard to directly talk to someone in the office. Even though that is super inconvenient, I still give this place 5 stars. Finding good QUALITY healthcare is hard these days, and this is definitely a place I'd recommend to anyone!

My visit to UF Health/ Kernan was a great experience from friendly and welcoming check in to the excellent nursing staff. Dr Marisol Sanchez-Lance saw me and I felt like she really listened to my needs and concerns. She was very professional as well as easy to talk with. This office is by appointment only but very quick and easy to set up an appointment through the call center. This is also great because if you're making an appointment you're not constantly being placed on hold or feel rushed when making the appointment. The other nice thing is that when in the waiting room you're not listening to phones ringing constantly, which is great when you don't feel good. I can't say enough nice things about this provider and it's wonderful people. Highly Recommend!
