PA Tozzi-Johnson took the time to learn about ME and my background so we could focus our appointment on a higher level than she may with other patients not in the medical field. PA Tozzi-Johnson is amazing and spent over 45 min with me, discussing options for treatment and taking time to actually hear what I said, while still relaying all of the info I needed. Adding insult to injury United Healthcare Dual Complete my provider supplied me with name, number and appt with new Dr only to find when it's time for referral she's NOT IN NETWORK, get new primary, feeding tube now infected and was compelled to do ER, yuck flu, covid and everything else this season,? No thank you, got appt at Digestive Disease and despite ALL the above was refused AGAIN, this time a newer bill totaling over 500, with a 50 no show fee???? You can't make this crap up. This offices billing person proceeded to " tell me " of the various notices I'd received and despite all pleading including the oath to do no harm I was once again REFUSED SERVICE.
