Unfortunately I've needed a second surgery, a resection of my tricep muscle that was getting in the way of the new ulnar nerve pathway. Both surgeries, Dr. Tsai was very professional, knowledgeable, and has the combined bedside manner of every surgeon of I've seen in the last year and a half (SIX ). The receptionist has been consistently rude and difficult to deal with, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism. The staff had changed my boyfriend's appointment time without any notice or phone call, and the only indication we received was a text message a day or so before the appointment. We caught the time change and called the office, and the receptionist was dismissive and reluctant to change our appointment time back to the original time we had scheduled. When she did change it, she promptly hung up without giving us any time to ask any follow up questions.
