We caught the time change and called the office, and the receptionist was dismissive and reluctant to change our appointment time back to the original time we had scheduled. When she did change it, she promptly hung up without giving us any time to ask any follow up questions.

She contacted septis and almost died. Her kidneys, and liver shut down and she had a heart attack. She was given a 5% chance of survival but she recovered. Then Day did the second surgery on her other breast. He butchered her. She does not like to be seen naked. She would not let me sue him. She was too embarased to be seen. I had never had anxiety for a dentist visit before the last place, where they had tried to bully me into procedures that were not necessary so they could make more money. Luckily, there are places like this one, where doctors still care. Dr Schapper, Amanda, and all of the staff were so very kind and helpful throughout the process. The cleaning and the x-rays were even one of the most gentle and comfortable procedures I've had done (you know how those x rays things that go in your mouth can pinch and be super uncomfortable - not so here!) I actually ended up coming here after searching for an office that would work with my new job's insurance. Everyone I had called over the past months merely said, "we do not work with your insurance." When I called into this office, the woman said, "would you like me to call them and see for you? I know it can be tricky." She called, called right back, was able to tell me exactly what would be covered, and I made my appointment. When I was going through tough times, she could tell and listened as sympathetically as my therapist, just not for the same amount of time, nor did I expect her to. The line from the port flipped up when she was standing and caused a bulge in the vein. It appeared some of the chemo was being expelled into the tissues. It was not delivering chemo when she was standing. It was too short and had to be removed.
