As you mentioned, I did use ZocDoc, a 3rd party provider and I have never had any other issues in all the years I have used them. Perhaps, If you have any issues with your ZocDoc and the appointments clients are making through ZocDoc you might consider not utilizing this service any further so as to not cause any problems in the future with your clients. Clients use this service and trust this services to make life easier on everyone becuaes all the inforomation for such appointments are already downloaded and stored in one place for convenience. If this service is not working for your office please don't use it so clients don't waist time going to confirmed appointments that your office does not know about.
