I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Sam Libenzon at 121 60th Street in New York City. Although we were not there to see him specifically, he was at the front desk and told us he would be with us shortly. After several minutes passed--and even after a phone call--he continued to ignore us. When we asked about it, he claimed he didn't remember saying he would assist us and made it clear that he did not work for the doctor we were there to see. He then went back to doing paperwork without offering any help or direction. When I expressed how unprofessional his behavior was, he responded with clear sarcasm, saying, "They always say that." I'm honestly glad he wasn't our doctor, because if his bedside manner is anything like his front-desk demeanor, I worry for anyone under his care. Afterward, I looked up his reviews and saw I'm not alone--others have also mentioned his sarcastic attitude. I would not recommend anyone choose Dr. Libenzon as their chiropractor. No degree justifies treating people with such disregard and arrogance. read more

Amazing Chiropractor Sam Libenzon, whom I saw in the Plainview NY office. I was having neck strain issues from weight lifting in the gym plus sitting on my computer frequently. It was causing headaches, in the front and rear of my head. Which was confusing to me. So I went to him and explained my problem. He quickly figured it out and adjusted my neck and back. After the 1st and 2nd session, it dramatically reduced and changed it. And basically went away, after 2nd session. I went to Physical therapy for a few weeks with ZERO results.
