DO NOT USE S&S Paving and Asphalt! They did a terrible…read morepoor-quality job and have made no effort to correct the issue. They came and gave me an offer of $5,500 to complete my driveway. We discussed the scope of the work to include: * remove existing asphalt and base layer and putting in a new base then asphalt * raise the height of the asphalt so water will not pool The work is completed and water puddles over an inch deep in the driveway. They did not raise the height of the driveway and is below the grass. They did not remove existing material and lay down a new base layer. The asphalt is so thin grass is growing threw it. There is a large noticeable hump in one place because they did not properly prep the surface. Once the job was completed, they asked for $8,000. I previously left a review that was negative but the owner called and asked that I remove the review in exchange for them correcting all the issues. I did remove the review; they never came out to resolve the issues and now they are now not responding to calls or text. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is nothing new for Candor and have now changed their name to Florida Metal Buildings, LLC. To be clear, they do not install or manufacture your building. They only do the dirt work and concrete. Both were subpar. There are over 20 people in my neighborhood with the same complaints. If you don't want to take our word for it, visit the county and ask about complaints made against them and their work.

No, Surge, that is not accurate. Your crew repeatedly did not show top when they said they were…read moregoing to, in fine weather. Then on a Saturday morning they would randomly call wanting to come over when I had company. It went on for three weeks before I finally had a company that does nothing but sealing do it. Also, the pavers are sinking, are uneven and have caused a tripping hazard. That has nothing to do with sealing. The flagpole would not stay up in any weather. the four pieces would fall in on themselves, so I was left with one three foot flagpole. Multiple people tried to fix it. I finally just pulled it out of the ground with one hand. I do appreciate you getting in touch and trying to fix this, but with such a history of so many things being done wrong, done poorly, or not done, it seems foolish to continue - I simply have no confidence it would ever be done right, so I will take responsibility for fixing it.
