I know for a fact that the membership does not renew on its own, instead they ask you to please renew every month. i plan on pressing charges and reporting this further to the BBB. I actually found it pretty difficult to find one really close to my place so I saw this one not too too far and decided to try it out! ***LOCATION*** The location is not too far from me so that is great. The only issue was when I was pulling in I missed the entrance a few times because I couldn't really tell which turn lead to it, but that is just my fault haha. It was a little odd though that when you pull in, the vacuums are before the car wash and then when you get out of the car wash, it's laid out so you'll leave. I still washed my car then did the vacuuming but it feels like it isn't intended to be that way since the spots are angled. Buy for them, I think a lot of people could just come vacuum and not wash their car at all since it is completely open. I have never seen a car wash laid out like that and I have also never seen one so packed. I got lucky and barely got a spot as someone was pulling out, but they had to reverse and get turned around to leave. It just didn't flow and I feel people were maybe just vacuuming and leaving without washing. ***SERVICE*** They did have lots of staff out working and they were quick and helpful! The actual wash was fine but I was disappointed when I did vacuum my car because there was 0 suction. I wasn't able to vacuum really anything up and I tried multiple vacuums as did the person next to me. I was a little disappointed because I love to make sure the inside is all clean when I go, for me it is half of the importance. Maybe there was just an issue with the system that day or I just got unlucky with the 2 I tried. Also not a huge deal, but I do love the car washes with extra amenities like the rags, spray bottles and mat cleaning machines, but this location didn't have any extras. ***PRICE*** The price was normal for any car wash. I really wanted the wax and rainx and all of that so I ended up getting the max thing for like 20$. ***CONCLUSION*** Not a horrible experience. The staff were all working hard and the wash was perfectly fine! I just wish the vacuums would have worked, I'm not sure if that is something that could be checked. It would always be a bonus to have rags and bottles, but not a huge deal without! And maybe if there was a way to block off vacuums for people getting their car washed only? Other than that it was alright! Would come back if I just needed a quick wash and not really any vacuuming :)

The water had soaked all the way through the carpet and padding to the metal floor underneath. They explained everything, showed me photos, and asked for my approval before doing any additional work. I never felt pressured. They removed the rear seats, lifted the carpet, extracted the water, treated the area, and made sure everything was properly dried before putting it back together. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. It's rare to find a shop that takes the time to educate you instead of just handing you a bigger bill. The guy at the entrance was helpful and explained the differences between different washes. Although the basic wash is a little costlier than other places, we liked that they had some people manually put car soap before it went through the automated wash. Also, the place has many self-vacuum cleaning spots, which is helpful, especially on busy days. They also have cleaning fluids and damp clothes to help with cleaning the car. If you are a car enthusiast and live close by, I would suggest taking their monthly plan and saving a lot of money even when you visit every weekend. Definitely recommended

I waited around 15 minutes in line before realizing this, and then another 15 minutes hoping one would open up, but the few that were working couldn't keep up with the number of customers. The only notice was a small paper sign on the broken machines, which you don't see until after you've already paid and waited. When I asked the manager for a refund so I could go to another location, I was told the vacuums are "included with the wash" and no refund could be given. I paid $30 and still left with water spots and an unfinished clean because I couldn't access a vacuum or wipe-down area. I used to be a wash club member and was considering signing up again, but after this experience I definitely won't be returning.
