My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. The water had soaked all the way through the carpet and padding to the metal floor underneath. They explained everything, showed me photos, and asked for my approval before doing any additional work. I never felt pressured. They removed the rear seats, lifted the carpet, extracted the water, treated the area, and made sure everything was properly dried before putting it back together.
