I bought an expensive wash thinking it will make a difference from the cheaper one , once I got out of the car wash to go ahead and vacuum the inside I don't see much difference. I had to rub most of the satins away myself , the bird poop was fresh not even drained and I took the car in,that didn't even come off. Not too impressed at all with the amount of money I spent. This place is a zoo!!! There's no order to getting cars from wash to vacuum. You got people jumping the line for vacuuming, plus, I had so many water spots after going through wash. Last but not least, it's so dangerous trying to get out of the Carwash back onto street. I can only imagine how many wrecks have occurred from not being able to see leaving the lot. I came to Wash Factory Express twice in the same day, to wash my car second, and my girlfriend's car first on a very lovely Sunday afternoon. While Wash Factory is a drive in wash, there is also valet drivers too, who will drive your car through the wash for you. I'm not sure of the price of this because I drove my cars through both times myself. If you've never used a service like this before, it's very simple. Just pull up to the automated screen at the drive up entrance, select your wash and choose whatever features you want associated with the wash. Once you've selected and paid, you sit in a que until you're told to proceed. There are multiple packages you can buy, both I chose the buckhead special ($20) which includes everything Wash factory has. What's everything? Basic wash lava bath Lava shine lava seal Triple polish Bug prep rain repellant Hot wax and shine Buff Wheel cleaner tire shine Under body rinse There's a lot of stuff for a a wash, and a great price! My experience was fantastic both times. Both times I didn't take advantage of the vacuum stations due to the crowds, but my experience was great, and the cars were both left nice and polished. I wish I had more to say about the interior of the building and additional customer service, but in my case, I never got out of my car. For the wash and time waiting for my car to be washed, I was very happy. The only thing that was annoying, which isn't even the fault of Wash factory, is when you exit and try to turn left, it's a bit of a blind curve in a sense and people come around it FAST. It may take some time to get out if you're heading to the right. Again, not a Wash Factory problem! Visited Wash Factory for a quick, simple car wash. The cheapest option they have if you want a quick 3-minute wash with nothing special added is $8. I've seen some manager specials for $4 at other similar car wash spots, but this location is in Buckhead, so of course it'll be a tax. Once paying, you pull around to the attendants who scrub your car before going into car wash machine "drive-thru". Inside looked like a party with the different color lights. With my music in the background, I felt like I was at a club. That 3 minutes went by too fast. This place also offer several free vacuum stations to clean out the inside of your car. read more

Good value, and was able to get in and out even on a super busy Sunday afternoon. It's $25 for full exterior package (Buckhead Special). Comes with free towel to dry and buff your car with if you'd like. While inside the car wash, they've got a ton of lights going so it feels a lot more fun. Once you're done, there are free vacuums and a ton of slots so I didn't have to wait at all. I've always been a fan of self service car washes and the Atlanta Car Wash Factory of Buckhead does not disappoint. This place is located off Roswell RD in the same parking lot as The Ivy bar; just down the road from my house so it is very convenient to hit up when the ride needs a little polishing. The best part about this place is they have free vacuums with every wash which is super cool I think. Its very fast, just pull up and pay then drive through the wash; after you are out pull over to the free vacuums and clean out that dirt from your floor boards, dash, seats, etc. ACWF of Buckhead offers washes starting at $4 for the Express wash and going up to $10 for the Exterior Supreme. I usually opt for the Express that includes a wheel blaster rinse, soft cloth wash, spot free rinse and blow job. The Exterior Supreme gives you a lot more, but we live in a dirty city so why waste the money; unless you are planning cruising down the strip and want to bling bling. read more

Sadly, their machines couldn't clean it off so Ill have to scrub it myself.. the vacuums work also, but I feel they could use a bit more suction. Kind of expensive but pleased with the service. It was $42 for the deluxe inside and outside for an SUV. The place was very popular and full of cars. First, the car goes through an automated car wash, then the car gets wiped down and cleaned inside by the guys. There is a big indoor waiting room and a small outside patio. My engagement ring was sucked off my hand at the buckhead location. They attempted to help me find it and dumped out the canister but it was gone. Say it "disappeared" and is "gone forever". Very sentimental and obviously cannot be replaced. Hope there isn't something shady going on but hard to understand where it just vanished even though is is a master canister in the back. Convenient and well equipped with the exception of no towels unless you pay for them. That's nuts. That should be par for a car wash and built into the feel for any car wash option that you select. I went there today and John (who is rhe acting Manager from the Alpharetta location) came up to me and asked me to turn the Classic Rock music volume down that I was softly playing (on my 2008's car factory radio) while cleaning the inside of my car. it was barley noticeable by the other customers next to me (3 feet away). This is a self service car wash. strangely , the car two Doors down from me was playing loud Rap music and the customer was smoking a joint/weed while doing so. Blowing it all along the entire customer base who was trying to use there service and clean their cars. I asked him about this individual, and was told that that was a police issue and not his. He refused to approach this customer for a completely illegal substances and loud music. Because I was a Caucasian he chose to harass me and never approached the black man because he was either frightened (I am a 55 year old man with children) or didn't like my choice of music. There were multiple children within his smoke range that i am sure got an unnessary and unwanted contact high based on the open cars doors that were in the vacuum/drying line. These children were strapped in their car seats and unable to protect themselves from the illegal drugs being consumed that adversely affected these children. John the Manager considered this completely acceptable and said this was not his issue. OK my music was an issue but illugal drug use that affected others and children was not his issue? he actually told me that if I was in Alpharetta (the managers normal location) my music would be fine but because I was in Buckhead it was unacceptable. I am filing a formal complaint with the Mayors office (good luck), the BBB and perusing other options to stop this madness. beware!!! I like this car wash. You're pretty much in and out. You do have to clean the interior yourself here, but I don't mind it. I always choose the $16 dollar option. And my car looks very good. That option really cleans my wheels and shines my tires. I would encourage anyone reading this review to keep some towels in your trunk for this car wash, just to touch up wet spots that don't get dry, but overall the wind machine at the end dries the car pretty well. I actually frequent this establishment, so of course I'd recommend this place to anyone. It's an affordable car wash to me. I also think on a normal ( week day) I'm in and out of here in like 15-25 mins. On a Sunday, I think everyone likes to grocery shop and get their car washed. Because I noticed that today ( Sunday) it was very busy. The time also depends on how much inside cleaning that you wanna do to your car. How detailed you wanna be. But generally the actual car wash is probably less than minutes. And sometimes when I've been in a hurry to get somewhere, I just drive through the car wash and go without any touch ups and it's still a good wash. Hope this helped, wish you the best!
