I don't trust non of the staff at all. For the past four months my credit card was being charged for a service I didn't sign up for and the irony of it, the last time I was there, in December 2025, I complained to one of the staff members that the wipers had scratched the paint (with swirl marks) on my new car. The staff and I went back and forth about it and sense I was the last car to had pulled in, I believe he took my information and set up the reoccurring charges to my card. I know for a fact that the membership does not renew on its own, instead they ask you to please renew every month. i plan on pressing charges and reporting this further to the BBB. Came here the other day to wash my car with all of the pollen that is starting to collect! I moved to the area a good 6 months or so ago but still hadn't gone to a car wash here. I actually found it pretty difficult to find one really close to my place so I saw this one not too too far and decided to try it out! ***LOCATION*** The location is not too far from me so that is great. The only issue was when I was pulling in I missed the entrance a few times because I couldn't really tell which turn lead to it, but that is just my fault haha. It was a little odd though that when you pull in, the vacuums are before the car wash and then when you get out of the car wash, it's laid out so you'll leave. I still washed my car then did the vacuuming but it feels like it isn't intended to be that way since the spots are angled. Buy for them, I think a lot of people could just come vacuum and not wash their car at all since it is completely open. I have never seen a car wash laid out like that and I have also never seen one so packed. I got lucky and barely got a spot as someone was pulling out, but they had to reverse and get turned around to leave. It just didn't flow and I feel people were maybe just vacuuming and leaving without washing. ***SERVICE*** They did have lots of staff out working and they were quick and helpful! The actual wash was fine but I was disappointed when I did vacuum my car because there was 0 suction. I wasn't able to vacuum really anything up and I tried multiple vacuums as did the person next to me. I was a little disappointed because I love to make sure the inside is all clean when I go, for me it is half of the importance. Maybe there was just an issue with the system that day or I just got unlucky with the 2 I tried. Also not a huge deal, but I do love the car washes with extra amenities like the rags, spray bottles and mat cleaning machines, but this location didn't have any extras. ***PRICE*** The price was normal for any car wash. I really wanted the wax and rainx and all of that so I ended up getting the max thing for like 20$. ***CONCLUSION*** Not a horrible experience. The staff were all working hard and the wash was perfectly fine! I just wish the vacuums would have worked, I'm not sure if that is something that could be checked. It would always be a bonus to have rags and bottles, but not a huge deal without! And maybe if there was a way to block off vacuums for people getting their car washed only? Other than that it was alright! Would come back if I just needed a quick wash and not really any vacuuming :) read more

This car wash is extremely busy on weekends so expect a little bit of a wait for vacuums and/or car wash line. The vacuums are strong and sucks up literally anything. Since they are so strong, it only takes about 10-15 min to vacuum my car (SUV) depending on how dirty it is. On Wednesdays, they have "Wacky Wednesday" which means all car washes are discounted. So it's definitely worth it to go then since it's less crowded and you get more bang for your buck. read more

The Skinny: You can get a wash for anywhere from$5-$20. Unlike most washes I've been too, you should vacuum first and then wash, otherwise it's tough to get out after. There is a powerful vacuum for each side of your car so bring your free loading passenger that never offers gas money and tell him to grab a vacuum! The Scoop: This place is under new ownership and they're going through a transition. They used to offer interior cleaning but not anymore. They may bring it back in the future but for now, despite what the sign says, you cannot purchase interior cleaning at the moment. The New name of the place is the Hub or something like that. You can purchase a monthly pass with unlimited washes for $40 a month. The Deets: I've been putting off washing my car for months. I try to avoid it because the rain always comes quickly after but at this point I had no choice. After the Color Run, my car was begging for attention. I found this place on yelp. It's right up the street from my house and I never noticed it. I will be coming back. Staff was friendly and I was glad to see two people precleaning your car as you drive through versus one person only getting one side in time. I'll be back. read more

WOOHOO A CLEAN CAR!!!! Nothing is better than driving your pretty shiny car around town. This is my go to car wash. Yes there is usually a line for the car wash in the middle of the day but hey its an automatic car wash and its fast so who cares? This car wash always gets the job done. I love how you get free vacuums too! I do suggest to vacuum your car before you wash your car though, its hard to do it after because of the set up of the parking lot. One complaint though, the wax is not always washed off so if you get the car wash with the hot wax make sure you walk around your car and make sure there are no wax spots on your car! read more

I paid for a $7 basic car wash and when they pre-brushed my car, they didn't get all of the bugs off the front of my car. I went to speak to the attendant and explained to him why I was coming right back and he told me the service I bought my didn't include the $4 Bug Prep which made half sense considering they scrub the front and back of your car before you go into the wash tunnel. However, I was willing to pay $4 just so that my grilled could be cleaned properly and the attendant tried to tell me I would need to pay $7 again + $4 for Bug Prep which I wasn't willing to do so I left and will not be coming back. They lost a potentially loyal customer over $4... Only reason they got 2 stars was because they have a clean facility and free vacuums. read more

Love it! Easy, convenient, affordable and tons of options. They also have a row of vacuums and parking before entering the car wash so you can mini detail yourself. As you pull in they are the first things you see, if you are going to vacuum do it prior to washing as once you go thru it is an exit only lane. You pull up to the "atm" like machines to specify what you'd like and pay - there's two rows I believe. It does have open and close hours as there is a staff member who wipes down your car prior and then guides you in and on to the track. In terms of price it's more than say a gas station car wash but you are also getting more than a gas station car wash so I don't mind. Definitely a great and more affordable option than an actual detailing and if you keep up with it you most likely won't need a detailing shop. It had been a while since I'd gone to a drive-thru car wash. I'm usually the guy who's looking for the DIY coin-op bays so I can take my time and do things to my own specifications. But today, I was in a bit of a rush and my car was in desperate need of a wash so Sandy Springs Car Wash it is! First off, this car was was busy! No long lines per se, but between the actual wash and the vacuums, it had to be 20-30 cars here. I went in with relatively low expectations because from my experience, the automatic car washes just never really did a satisfactory job. Well I'm here to tell you that I was pleasantly surprised! The entire process takes a few minutes and whatever products whey use are effective and smell great. No heavy chemical odors or anything like that. I gave it a 4 due to it being kinda expensive. I got a $12 wash, which was just a step up from the basic $10 wash I believe. Bottom line, it got the job done. read more

Having two kids now, our car isn't ever going to be immaculate or stand out among other Subarus nor will it ever NOT have cheerios stashed in every crevice. However, vacuuming every spec of crap out of the seats, floorboard, carseats, door spaces, and cup holders from time to time is a welcome treat for our four-fendered friend. The vacuums are free and there are two set up for either side of your car when you pull into a space. These things have some serious suction power and they'll get just about anything out of upholstery. For $6, the basic clean gets our subby clean as a whistle. I'm especially impressed with the wheel-scrubbing apparatus. Being that I used to pay around $11 to wash the car myself, this is a handy alternative. Happy to be a customer here. read more

The car wash does a pretty good job getting the car clean. However, my car mat was extremely dirty and I needed to rinse it clean. I walked back to the bug prep area where they use the power wash hose for the outside of the car, no one was there to ask to spray my mat so I picked up the hose and began cleaning the Mat. One of the workers walked up and said "no you can't do that" and basically snatched the hose out of my hand. I said I really need to clean this, would you be able to Spray it then? He said "no we aren't allowed". I see who looks like the manager and I say excuse me.. he points to a car that was stopped speaking with one of the employees and he walks away. I stood off to the side to wait and ask if I could finish spraying off the sticky substance from the mat, after he's finished he keeps walking past me, gets in his car and drives off. The best car wash I've used. The vacuums are "free" and always have a strong suction, plus they are located in good spots so you can actually reach both sides of your vehicle. You vacuum first, then pay for your car wash. The staff do a good job of scrubbing bugs off your car before you roll in neutral through the wash. (I think they also recycle the water but can't confirm.)The wash always gets my car clean. Plus, when you buy your car wash it gives you an option to buy a second half-off. My hubby and I do this so we can wash both our vehicles and save a few bucks. Clean, safe area! read more

I take our company cars here, and the speed/price for the car wash is great (iirc, around $15 for vacuum, wash, hand dry, and wheel clean). The indoor area has windows to view the cars as they go through and there is also small shopping in the form of greeting cards and some auto supplies (namely air fresheners). A seating area outside is great for sunny days, which I guess is to be assumed is the case if you're getting your car washed! They have a 48 hour rain check w/ reciept. read more

If you're just wanting to wash your car then this is a 5 star + experience. If you actually expect an effective vacuum for your car, forget it. My car was probably cleaner than if someone had hand washed it. It was THAT good. Never mind that you get a cool light and water show while you're sititng in your car floating through it. It was getting to the vacuums that really dulled the experience. Of course, it was free so who can complain, but if you put it out for customers to use, it should probably work better than this did. Overall I'd totally take my car back for a wash and then find someplace else to clean the inside. read more

I visited this car wash on 11/4/18. I paid for the top tier car wash here ($20) and my car was still visibly dirty when it was over. I showed the attendant and asked him if I could go through again. His response was "your car was too dirty to begin with if it didn't get clean. You need to get it hand washed. The machine only gets it 70-80% clean." In my opinion this is not a way a business should treat their customers. I called the office and left a message but I have not heard back hence the bad review all around. read more

I just went to get my car washed here and I had a wonderful experience. the vacuums were not that great but they did the job and the people that work there were good. there was this one guy he was very nice. did not say anything, but very nice b/c he smiled, and when I asked "put in N he shook his head with a smile and then pointed to my window and I giggled b/c I did not roll it up and I was like, whoops sorry....he laughed I laughed, mouth thank you to him and away I went so they are very nice there and yes I will be back. read more

Your typical car wash. Prices are a bit expensive (minimum $10 bucks) but the run through the machine is decent. They have free vacuums located next to building. They a month unlimited wash club but I have never tried it. Because of Roswell rd it can be a bit challenging getting in and out of the actually location. read more

I went through the car wash and came out with a cracked windshield! I wasn't upset at the time, things happen, but I brought it to the worker's attention and he took my name and number and photos of the car. I was told I would get a call from the owner by Wednesday and I still haven't heard a word from him. Luckily my insurance will cover it at no cost to me but it's the principle of the matter. I am very disappointed with ownership not even taking the time to give me a call back and the lack of customer service. I will not recommend this car wash to anyone! read more

No outside help, auto pay point of sale does not offer the inside clean option, no one to help with that, no towels, dryer leaves car covered in water spots, no hand dryers to wipe down, tire dressing applied by auto brushes that add more dirt onto your rims then when you come in, probably now locked in with wax. Can't understand them getting anything but a low yelp star rating. Not competitive at all to great other options around. read more

Wow, went through the car wash and the car was still dirty. No problem - at least I thought no problem. I would go tell the good folks that work there that my car was not clean. He came over and looked at it and said, "what wash did you get" I said "exterior" he said I needed to get the premium wash to get the car clean. WHAT, yes he actually said that. I took the car home, took out paper towel and household cleaner and the dirt came right off. I took some pictures, I wish I could post them. Really, would it have been so hard to put my car through again? They have pre-scrub area, the dirt would have come right off with 30 second of a pre-scrub since the weak car wash could not do its job. Really, is it odd to want a clean car after going through a car wash? Oh, and for those that think the dirt was the real hard stuff to get off, well it wasn't. I tried to get the guy standing at the front of the wash to spray down one rubber mat that I had and he just held his hand out (like don't come any closer) and shook his head no. Unbelievable, no one was in line to get a wash he was just standing there. I would have even tipped him when I came around to wash my car. Instead I backed out and left. Just too bad. Just stopped by this place to get my car washed as I've done several times now. I was firmly refused service by Goel Sanchez, an employee. I asked the reason why, and he stated "my car had spots that the large car wash brushes couldnt absorb". I was like "uhh, isn't it what a car wash is for?" This wasn't like I was driving a huge monster truck covered in clumps of mud. It was a regular dodge charger with normal smudges that a vehicle accrues over time. He then went on to state "I need to scrub the car myself and then come back." He seriously said that. Crazy, because I've never had a bad experience with this place until now and have NEVER been turned away from a DRIVE THRU car wash. This is one of the best drive-through carwashes I've been to; you can't beat the price! Equipment is new and works well. Vacuums are powerful, quick and easy to use. I will never go here again. I came on a Sunday evening near closing and the guy told me to go on through. I finish the car wash and pull to the area to vacuum only to be told they shut everything down. Well why let me through if you're not going to let me finish. So I talk to the guy expecting them to be reasonable....but as I try to explain the situation another guy comes out yelling about he was waiting for me and I left the property. I tried to show him my receipt saying I had just been through the car wash but he kept telling about me leaving the property which I assured him I didn't. After a few minutes he said I had 5 minutes to vacuum. Crazy enough...the guy that was yelling was the one told me to come through. Worse experience and it didn't have to happen that way. He should have turned me away originally if he was going to act like that. To accuse someone of leaving is ridiculous because I had the receipt to prove I was just in the car wash. Great express car wash at a great price! The vacuums are free, but they are kind of bulky and hard to get in between the seats of certain cars. The staff is friendly and they have afforadable monthly rates as well! The parking lot can be kind of hard to get in and out of as it is on a busy congested part of Roswell Rd. Stop in for a routine car wash I was vacuuming my car a curly hair man came up to me as I vacuum my car and said my music was to loud. And I'm thinking at a car wash.! I looked around and said how do you even hear it with all of this noise from the vacuums, and car wash running. He said turn it off like I was some kid. I said what about these other people who radios were blasting. He went on a tirade and said he didn't want to hear it. I'm thinking Ok I'm a black male with rims on my car is this what it's all about. Because personally I've been to many car washes and never had anyone say turn my music down at a car wash.
