Periodically, more training may be needed in how to serve customers properly, e.g., ensure they have utensils and follow-up after serving to make certain customers received all the ingredients in whatever they ordered, but overall their kindness and sweetness make up for any oversights. I have so many great memories of this place during the 12 years that my husband and I have lived here. I remember driving into Ashland in the middle of a snowstorm because I had an appointment with my yoga teacher and I do NOT cancel on her. After we finished yoga, I decided to pop in to Dobra tea and get a hot mushroom latte. I sat at one of the tables in the front room looking out at the snow falling. Almost no one was out and it was like being in the middle of a snow globe with a warm cup in my hand. Another time I was there with a friend for lunch. He ordered their avocado toast with egg, which I had never ordered before. He insisted I take a bite, which I graciously agreed to do. The flavors were so exquisite that it immediately became one of my many favorite things to order at Dobra. I learned they make their own English muffins, which is the "toast". Wow!!!!!! They had regular glutinous things like burritos and quiche that looked tasty but the gluten free!!!! They partner with a bakery in town (sisters sans gluten) to have a variety of offerings. They aren't spherical and instead kind of lumpy but the texture and flavor are good. The texture exhibits a very pleasant bouncy chewiness.
