I have to give this Fedex shop major props! I've been social distancing and staying at home for the…read morelast month and I needed to venture out to send a package back for a return. I was super impressed with how they handled our current situation. They have automatic doors so you do not have to open the door with a handle. As soon as you walk in there were taped sections to stand in that were at least 6 feet apart to promote social distancing, and they make sure that their staff was protected with PPE. There were about 6 people ahead of me when I got to the shop and only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. They were efficient, and my package arrived right when it needed to. In addition to their handling of COVID-19, I want to highly my delivery of a package I received earlier in the day prior to my visit. They delivered my package, knocked on the door, backed up 6 feet or more, and verified my identity to get the package and signed on my behalf so that way I did not have to touch a pen or another device. Well done!

If this were the first time, I would not be writing this. It has happened multiple times. From now on, I will drive out of my way to any other Fed Ex store rather than go back to 96th St. Employees don't act like that at UPS stores.

So I needed some film developed and I looked on Yelp and found this company near where my…read moregrandchild lives. So I went and I dropped off 32 rolls of film that needed developed. Yes I said 32! I actually had 33 rolls but there was one that they could not develop, an old disc from a disc camera. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and he told me my options for getting them developed and also what the cost would be. The shop is a very nice shop and has many examples of their work inside. They also have a shop dog and he is very friendly he will also let you know he has treats down on the end of the counter :) When I went to pick up my photos they were very nicely packaged in their envelopes and all of the envelopes were in boxes. I also dropped off 140 slides to have them printed. When I picked up the slides they were also nicely packaged and I had a disc of them and a couple of boxes that contained all of the prints. I am very happy with the service provided and will look to them in the near future to build an album of some old pictures.
