Every time I need services here they are busy but workers are very efficient and knowledgeable.

I have used this store for well over a year without incident. Today I had a concern about a package I'm suppose to have received but didn't (I have a PO box). I am always nice and respectful and enjoy dealing with the staff. I had been directed to speak with Emily. She immediately was rude and confrontational. I told here that was inappropriate and had to leave as she persisted. If there was a mix up somehow I would let it go. What is not okay is to be treated this horrible and disrespected. Great store in Anderson Indiana! Have dropped off many high value packages recently and they have all gone out the same business day! As a frequent UPS customer, I would recommend UPS Ground (the cheapest option they offer in store) Most of the time, UPS Ground will get your package to your destination within 2 days! (to neighboring or nearby states) Asking for UPS Ground in store may be above your budget, although I would recommend using a website called (Shippo). This website is free to use and will give you up to 90% off what they sell in the store! It's a really good deal and will not make the shipment any different! Also, on Shippo, UPS Surepost may be an option, this option is even CHEAPER then UPS Ground! It may take a few more days but if you're in no rush I would recommended getting it! For most boxes weighting under 10lbs. Your shipment should only cost under $15 on Shippo! If you haven't been, or are looking to going to this UPS store, I would recommend only going to the counter if you actually want to BUY postage, (using Shippo is much cheaper though) If you just have a Amazon return or prepaid package, there's a kiosk at the front! Overall, this ups store location has great services, great prices using Shippo, great customer service, and is an overall great location! Keep in mind that this location is typically pretty busy, so try to use the kiosk when possible! Anyways, hope I helped out some people today! These folks make a lot of mistakes, and customers are the ones who pay. It's worth a drive to the post office not to risk losing your package and your money. The first time I went in there, I had to listen to a lecture about how people should patronize local businesses like theirs. Very uncomfortable. I feel a need to respond to the reply from this business. They are talking about a package I attempted to send in February. I told the gentleman the correct address, and he told me I was wrong and changed it to another address. I heard absolutely nothing about the shipment and assumed that it had been delivered. This summer, I was looking through a clothing catalog with the little girl for whom I bought the gifts. She pointed to a pair of pants and said, " I want to get those." I said, "Those look like the ones I sent you for Valentine's Day." "You didn't send me anything for Valentine's Day." I checked with her mother, who verified that they had received nothing. THAT is when I contacted the store. They tried to give me some nonsense about how they tried to contact me, but I am positive that no effort was ever made. Yes, I live in 2 states, but I was in Indiana 2 months after the package was sent, AND I keep the same phone numbers year round. It took several emails find out what had happened to the package, and once I returned to Indiana, I had to make THREE trips to the store before someone could find it. So, I am out about $80 for the clothes, as well as the cost of shipment. The girls, of course, no longer wear the sizes I bought. Not only that, but it was a ridiculous drain on my time. Today, 1/15/15 My husband and I went into the store we had notary done and dropped off Fedex (which they charge to drop off). We were assured it would be picked up today (Bailey helped us) Receipt ID # 83970978371257888817 @ 10:54am. Again we were assured this would go out today. I have been following the tracking all day and at 5:53pm I called and spoke to Bailey who assured me it would be picked up between 6pm and 6:30pm today. As of 7:50p when I called again according to the tracking it was not picked up. It was sent Priority Overnight. The documents have to be in California no later then 1/16/15. I am not happy they charged me a drop off fee and a notary fee and this according to what I can see is not shipped or picked up. I asked numerous times about the pick up and I was assured it would get there on time. I am feeling like they dropped the ball and will cost us a lot by this not being shipped out. Last time in November we did this same thing and the owner helped us and did not have an issue in fact he gave me a fedex printout receipt which I did not get from Bailey but she told me it would get picked up. Paid $185 to have something shipped overnight but it took 2 days to arrive. When I called to receive my "guaranteed refund" the person who processes the refunds at this store told me "she didn't have time to process my refund" on the day I was told the refund would be processed. Followed my a comment that "I just won't process the refund and you can figure out who else to talk to." Reached out to speak with the store owner but in the 4 days since, she has not contacted me. read more

Gov. Holcomb has required mask or facial covering in indoor spaces. However, the customer service people at the UPS store today were incorrectly wearing their masks today. No one at the store had their nose covered. Medical doctors have pointed out that wearing a mask over your nose and mouth will help protect others. So, I guess that the UPS Store doesn't care to protect their customers. read more

Wow! Now I will check reviews before using franchised shipping stores! I'm here to add another bad review. My husband had a meeting in Minnesota and left his suit behind. Oops! No problem with a Saturday shipment with guaranteed Monday arrival for that Tuesday presentation! UNLESS THEY DON'T SHIP THE BOX! Owner called Monday to let me know it not only did not ship, but his customer service person I worked with has done this several other times. Not my problem! But it did become our problem because my husband had to rush out to buy all new clothes and shoes to fix their mistake. I asked him to split the $500 we had to spend in a new tie,suit,shirt,belt and shoes. Nope! But wanted to give me a $20.00 store credit. The owner clearly does not know how to do business and UPS should cancel their contract. RUN! read more

These folks make mistakes!! The "complete" address was not provided to me in order to have mail forwarded to a box at the store. Therefore after waiting for now going on three weeks for mail to come to my box and calling the supervisor at the main post office and asking daily at the store about this matter..... I politely asked for a refund of the box as this situation was not working out. The employee at the store that I purchased the box from told the owner that she had given me the complete address and I would not be given a refund. This situation could have been avoided by going straight to the post office, tried to give the local business a try~ got burned!!! read more

I have been using them to mail multiple boxes to Florida. Everything professionally packed and they are efficiently processing when I come in. Yes it's more expensive than the post office but UPS is better set up than USPS for large boxes, and They PROFESSIONALLY pack them. Once again, you get what you pay for. A couple weeks ago I stopped in to mail a package to Rand McNally. I gave the store my Box and notified them I couldn't print my label and asked them to. We printed my label at their copy machine and gave it to the lady at their counter, she placed a label on my box and gave us a receipt but what we didn't catch until my package didn't arrive at Rand McNally is that the label the agent placed on my box was someone elses label. The receipt says the name is "Whitesel" with a Confirmation number of 1ZWW86659025329569, delivered to Lexington Kentucky (per the lady at UPS store it is the amazon return center). So as of now my box is missing, Amazon doesn't care and we are going into the 2nd week and when I stopped into the store today I was told that they couldn't help me and that I needed to wait for the investigation..... But what I can't grasp is they know that my box is missing, they know where the mistake is made and they know where my box was delivered and yet they cannot locate it and they will not notify Rand Mcnally that they lost the box because that's all I need to happen, Rand McNally said they would replace it once they can confirm its has been shipped. The store told me last week they would follow up and today they said they aren't suppose to talk to me about it.
