I visited Carmel Cleaners today for the first time and was very pleased with the representative, Issue. She was professional, courteous and extremely eager to assist me with my request. Although one of my two pieces of clothing needing to be cleaned was not important, Issue called two close- by cleaners to ask for the favor of squeezing me into their schedule. After successfully locating a facility, Issue gave me the name of the business and it's address. She also did an excellent job of informing me of the process for my garment needing spot cleaning as well as the estimated price. With this being the drop-off process (the beginning of the process), I am excited to see the end result! Excellent customer service!!! I love this place! I recently relocated to the Carmel area from Phoenix and it was difficult to find a good dry cleaner for a good price, until I tried this location. I always get our clothes back in a reasonable amount of time. As a matter of fact, if I needed something back sooner, they go above and beyond to try to make it happen. Recently I was in and needed a favor that seemed impossible, and they never said no, they said "let's problem solve this!" I had them keep an article of clothing for an extra day so they could continue to get a stain out. Every time I go in, the owners are really friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend trying this dry cleaning business! Very well run! read more

Outstanding service. Love going in here. The people are friendly, helpful and prices reasonable. I won't go anywhere else. As to the bad review from the Mike M guy in August of 2016, I think maybe they were trying to give you advice and you refused to accept it. We have items laundered and dry cleaned. IF there's a risk he tells me. I mean it when I at I love going in here. The smiles are as big as Texas and over the past several years he knows me, knows my number, most time sees me in the parking lot and already has my clothes hanging on the hook ready to go.
