We made an appointment a month ago because we knew how busy Charlie is. Charlie is super sweet, made sure it's everything we wanted and help us understand the concept of colors and how tattoos will look on our body. My siblings and I got Roman numerals tattoos in 1-3 to represent the order we were born in. My older got his son's initials on his arm, my younger brother got an Om and I got a small hands of god on my wrist. It was a great bonding experience for us, and Charlie really made us feel comfortable. He double checked our tattoos and re-bandages our tats and we were good to go. I know I waited a little long to pierce my baby's ears but Justine just made the whole process go so smoothly. I checked and researched a number of places and from the beginning when I came into this spot, I knew this is where I could bring her. The piercing was $55 and it included the earrings, we had to pay an extra $20 to have numbing cream put on her ears an hour before the piercing and an extra $10 for the spray after she was done for the next three weeks; so it doesn't get infected. We made an appt for this past Tuesday. It all went down perfectly. I believe I was more anxious and nervous than my baby was. The right ear she didn't feel a thing, the left one was a little different. She cried a bit for like 2 minutes and it was done. Justine was just so sweet and calm the whole time. I was just giving a piercing and was alittle nervous. The front desk staff was doing a tattoo what i thought was unprofessional since you know patrons are going to be there random times. He told me someone was going to do it and i should wait in the back for about 10 mins. It end up being 30 mins. And it was from the owner! Who looked shady. He was high off some drugs and was slurring alot i hesitated but already gave him the money before he started. I kept telling him repeatedly what i was getting and he just walked away to talk to his employees and started sweeping. At this point i was getting frustrated. But he said sorry i dont like mess. Fine. Once he set up he dab alot of alcohol on my face and mouth felt numbed he kept being rough i told him okay thats enough. And once he started to pierced i bleed alot and he sprayed some bactine on in my nose and it started burning! This man is nuts and shouldn't even have a business. Never going back or recommend. This is why i stay out of queens i prefer other boros.
