I went into this store and said "hi, do you have a glass pipe? Like the cheap ones that are round at the end?" There was one person working who was a man who appeared to be in his late twenties maybe early thirties, skinny & tall, medium length brown hair in a ponytail, and big brown eyes. I am describing him because I hope management will know who this review is about and address his poor customer service skills and lazy work ethic as he did not want to sell and refused to sell a product to me. He told me everything is on video and audio surveillance in the store so management would know if he sold me the item I wanted to buy which was a "a glass pipe" and he said that management is intolerant of that word "pipe" being used in the store and he wouldn't chance selling it to me. Weird. He said "you mean these?" and showed me some "No, I said, it's round at the end" I replied He showed me another set of "incense burners" (in his words). I asked for 2. It was baffling how his demeanor from bland to entitled and arrogant within seconds of being in the store. Hopefully management will watch the surveillance tape to see and her this interaction. He said "because you called the item you're looking for a pipe and we don't have those we sell incense burners so you'll have to go somewhere else. I will not sell you any item in the store" he repeated that a few times just to make sure I understood. I understand the rules and realize that I misspoke. But I thought we were allowed to call pipes pipes like a tobacco pipe . Also, CBD is a thing now, and it's sold as herb. Pipes are used to smoke that. The man obviously was using personal bias and allowed his own prejudice to ruin my experience and loose a sale. If I had said anything about illegal substances like hey I need a crack pipe or a bong then sure I guess I'd not have taken this so personally.but I asked for a glass pipe which the store is full of. I still am shocked and offended UPDATE: I checked later on the same day to see if management replied to my review. No reply yet but I did see that the word pipe )id literally used on the headline of this yelp page. I added the screenshot for reference. I don't know why the bad reviews.. Ive been coming here for almost a year now and every time I come in, they knock it out of the park for me. The staff are well educated and can help guide you and coach you on what to get if you're new to the alternative medicine world. I've bought well over $1,500 worth of stuff at this shop and every time it's been a quality product. They sell CBD, local blown glass, vape juice, wraps and batteries, accessories and so much other stuff that you can't find anywhere else. Now, I can't leave a review without mentioning Chuck. He has taken care of me any time I've ever had questions, issues, or just wanted to pop in and chat. He has so much knowledge and honestly I love picking the dudes brain. Go see him, you won't regret it. All the staff here are amazing, but Chuck is my guy. They do discounts each day of the work on something different too. Sometimes they'll do raffles and giveaways, etc. They do Black Friday and 4/20 deals too. So quality stuff and discounts? On top of educating customers? On top of the cool music they play? They close at 10:30 not 11 Came out just to show up and the guy was leaving and turned off the light as I went to check and try to open the door after I saw on yelp they in fact WERE open until 11 just not the workers I guess. Unfortunate. read more

So..on google it says they close at midnight. Which is awesome for late night broken glass tanks. Get there at 11:13pm...and they really close at 11pm. Please change your hours on google so people aren't making late night trips for no reason. read more

(I want to put 0) I would like to start out by saying I and my boyfriend are loyal glass house customers throughout Dallas. I was even a regular at this local shop. BUT today me and my boyfriend went to them specifically because I have rewards and he needed an OOZE pen. While shopping my boyfriend had asked me if this was the store we had purchased our BONG (keyword). The manager who was the only one at the store under his breath said that they don't refer to their glass items as "bongs" which would've been okay had we not used that term many times previously at this exact store with him in the store. This is the point my boyfriend stated to him and instead of explaining why it was a problem or why the term was now a problem. He proceeds to explain that his employees never allow that term and told us to leave. Escalating the situation further as he kicked us out... for saying bong.... Bought two pieces and some other stuff for my wife's birthday. The bowl on the larger water piece was not perforated, you know no hole in the bottom of the bowl. Looks like a mistake when the bowl was blown. Anyway, it's a nice piece overall and I just brought the bowl into the shop and let them know the deal; bowl is nonfunctional, wife can't use her nice new water pipe. When my wife tried to return the bowl piece they just said buy a new bowl for 16-19.00 dollars. When I tried the return the guy dug through a box of scraps and gave me a super tiny (like one-hitter sized) bowl to replace the defective one. Would have been nice to have just been made whole on this purchase- we bought what was displayed as a functional piece, from pipe to down stem, to bowl piece. But, alas the bowl was defective! And they didn't much care or try to make us whole. They permanently lost a customer today. I'm sure they have more then enough customers and won't miss my money. read more
