The manager welcomed us in, and I didn't feel overwhelmed when we walked in since I know most smoke shops are questionable with their initial appearance. I had a lot of questions about the products they offered. Conner, the store manager, was knowledgeable about the variety of vape products and gave me an overview of their best-selling products. I didn't even know there were that many options to choose from! I thought my experience was going to be overwhelming, but Conner allowed me to test a few juices before I committed to one. I was able to choose a juice called "Dinner Lady" which had a lemon tart flavor to it. I highly recommend this flavor if you need a fruit-flavored suggestion. I really appreciate the time and patience Conner had because my friend and I definitely asked way too many questions. The prices for their products were reasonable. They also have a prize wheel which was a nice addition to my experience there. I ended up getting 5% off my purchase as a prize. Follow them on Facebook for updates about discounts! They're always posting about new deals that come up, and you can learn about the products they have as well. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for a discount too. There was one person working who was a man who appeared to be in his late twenties maybe early thirties, skinny & tall, medium length brown hair in a ponytail, and big brown eyes. I am describing him because I hope management will know who this review is about and address his poor customer service skills and lazy work ethic as he did not want to sell and refused to sell a product to me. He told me everything is on video and audio surveillance in the store so management would know if he sold me the item I wanted to buy which was a "a glass pipe" and he said that management is intolerant of that word "pipe" being used in the store and he wouldn't chance selling it to me. Weird. He said "you mean these?" and showed me some "No, I said, it's round at the end" I replied He showed me another set of "incense burners" (in his words). I asked for 2. I've bought well over $1,500 worth of stuff at this shop and every time it's been a quality product. They sell CBD, local blown glass, vape juice, wraps and batteries, accessories and so much other stuff that you can't find anywhere else. Now, I can't leave a review without mentioning Chuck. He has taken care of me any time I've ever had questions, issues, or just wanted to pop in and chat. He has so much knowledge and honestly I love picking the dudes brain. Go see him, you won't regret it. All the staff here are amazing, but Chuck is my guy. They do discounts each day of the work on something different too. Sometimes they'll do raffles and giveaways, etc. They do Black Friday and 4/20 deals too. So quality stuff and discounts? On top of educating customers? On top of the cool music they play?
