I had a really great experience getting a Pedi, they are very nice, place is clean and very pretty and reasonable prices. I've been coming here for a few months now and I've had a different nail tech every time. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that each one of these women are AMAZING. I have yet to have bad service or poorly done service. Everyone is truly so nice and very true to themselves-- I love it. The energy of this salon is felt on arrival and I look forward to getting my nails done every month. I tend to use OPI more than DND because they last longer for me. Pricing is fair and average for being in Miami. I pay ~$60-$65 for gel mani/regular pedi. Again, it's worth it. No massage chairs for a pedicure which I don't care for. All supplies are sterile. Many color options and up to date with the latest trends. I recommend calling ahead to make an appt bc they have gotten really busy these last few months. Hope you enjoy your nails! We wanted to pamper our bride to be before her big day and Andrea and the ladies at House of Nails were so amazing and accommodating. Andrea was always so quick to respond and was so patient after numerous texts back and forth regarding our 6 appointments. The vibe of House of Nails were perfect especially for a bridal/bachelorette celebration! Super cute seating area, perfect for IG photos. Salon was also very clean and open. They also served us mimosas during our appointment which was a huge plus and so sweet of them to provide. We have all become huge fans of Apres Nails because of them! Our manicures came out so beautiful. A couple of us did Apres with nail art, some did gel mani/pedis while the bride did Apres French Mani/ Pedi. Ahhh so happy I found this place!! The aesthetic inside is SO NICE! And the nail techs are so sweet and do amazing work! Got my nails done with Fri, it was her first day at the salon, and I have to say she had an attention to detail that I haven't sent in a long time! She took her time in my pedicure and really made me feel pampered! :) then it came time to do my nails! The nail process was quick and beautiful! There was a small issue other the first top coat she put on but we noticed it right away and without blinking she corrected it with a new top coat! I'm sooo happy this place lived up to its aesthetic you have to look at their IG to get a clearer image of how cute this little salon is!! If I can give them zero stars I would my acrylic nails didn't even last two days, easy to charge a high premium. I would not be going here again waste of money and time I was there three hours to have my nails not even last 3 days. Need to pay attention more to whom they hire. FYI nail techs are smoking vapes that's very unprofessional as well. Although this salon is a bit far for me, I am so happy I made an appointment when I was in the area. Beautifully decorated and clean, friendly staff that welcomed me and helped me choose my nail color, to offering me a beverage and making sure I was comfortable. It was a lengthy appointment yet I didn't have anywhere to be, so it worked out well. She took her time and my gel manicure lasted over two weeks! It's one the best manicures I've had in regards to the gel polish lasting as long as it did and looked great! Would definitely recommend a mani/pedi here and I will be coming back soon. read more

I really wish I could have liked this salon. All the nail techs were very kind, and the owners were kind and attentive. They had a wide range of colors to choose from, which was nice. The salon was very clean and adorable; however, my manicure itself was subpar at best. For starters, there were very little covid-19 precautions in place. Only one nail tech was wearing a mask and there were only three tables that had separating poly glass. I went in to have my previous acrylics removed, a regular pedicure, and a new set of acrylics. The acrylic removal process went well, and then I had my pedicure. The pedicure was ok, but it was a bit painful as she went about cutting my cuticles and preparing the nail beds, and she did cut my toe (to the point of bleeding). Then my manicure. I have been doing acrylics for 5 months, and not once have I been cut in the process. Not only did my manicure take 3 hours (my appointment was at 9:30 am and I did not leave until 2:30pm), but I was cut on almost every finger, and it was not just a small nick. I have small deep cuts around my fingers that are both painful and dangerous considered it was cut with a tool used on more people than just me. The nail artist was very kind and apologetic, but once she finished one hand, she said she is going to try and not cut me on the other, and said that unfortunately it's hard to not cut people while doing acrylics. This made me weary, because I have had plenty of manicures and not been cut, and if I was cut it was a small Nick from the cuticle cutter. These cuts were given from the electric nail file that burned and cut the skin around my nail bed. It is not normal practice to have so many cuts, and it is ridiculous to get so many in one manicure, not to mention dangerous for risk of infection. The acrylics were thin and uneven, and the artist did different techniques on different nails "testing things out" to see what works best. It was very apparent that she was not well versed with acrylics. She did my pinky finger and said several times how she did not like how it came out but couldn't fix it because she added too much acrylic, but then cut me so bad that she couldn't continue to shave it down. When I went to pay, the owner was very kind, but once I relayed to her that I was cut on several fingers during the process, there was no apology. She simply said thank you for the feedback, said those machines are tricky, and said she'll give me $5 off for my trouble. This was an $107 manicure (without tip), and after several deep cuts on my fingers, all I received was $5 off and a poor excuse fo the cuts. I appreciate it nonetheless, but for a first experience at a nail salon, this was awful. I had to come home and cut down the nails just to fix the design and re do certain things myself. This salon may be nice for simple gel, but DO NOT go for acrylics or extensions. Be very careful. Staff was nice but seemed inexperienced. Overall, I was very disappointed as I was so excited to find a new salon that could do some pretty nail art for a decent price, but it ended up being a waste of money and time. read more

So disappointed!!!! I really wanted to like this place. The place is so pretty and love the decorations. The owners are very friendly and courteous, but ultimately I went there to do my nails. I first went on a Friday to do the powder dip and the next day the nails were already peeling right off. The girl mentioned several times that the product base wasn't sticking and was dry. I went a second time three days later and the girl didn't quite know what to do to repair them and kept asking the other girl what to do, since she didn't know as much. The nails broke and peeled yet again two days later. I called and spoke to a second owner and she said to come in that they would redo them completely. I did and the other girl redid them, except she doesn't do the proper powder process as it's designed to be done. She does a layer of clear powder and gel on top with the UV lamp. They lasted a week and three are already broken. I wasted six hours and the original amount I spent, plus the owner charged me another $20 when they redid them, plus the tips. I have been doing dip for three years and they never break and last between 3-4 weeks. I did research and asked a professional manicurist I know and found that you are not supposed to mix the gel process with powder process. It changes how the chemicals work and interact. Although I loved the location, it's not about cuteness, it's about how well they can do your nails. I'm so disappointed because they were so friendly, but the reality is that they quality of the work performed was dismal and wasted my time and money. Definitely going back to my former nail salon, although it is further away. read more

I came in for a pedicure after work. To begin with, the online booking process was super simple. When I arrived, they attended to me very quickly and asked me to pick a color - excellent color choices and quite the variety! The salon is super cute and clean. They do not have the traditional pedicure chairs, but the chairs they do have I found to be very comfortable as well as stylish. The technician was very sweet and asked me how I wanted my nails. She was meticulous and very detailed. So glad I found this little gem tucked away in this shopping plaza. I had such a nice time doing my nails here! I got Apres nails which are similar to acrylic nails but much healthier for your actual nail, they last longer, and look beautifully natural. I made sure to be specific about the design I wanted and my nail tech did such a lovely job! I also got a brow wax which was done perfectly. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
