I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. They offer you cafecito as soon as you come in and it is a small place so it isn't overwhelming. Everyone is so nice and even though most girls speak Spanish, they are still polite and friendly. I always get weird getting my cuticles cut but they did it with absolute care and support. Naida did my eyebrows and unfortunately she is leaving but definitely go before she leaves because she did my eyebrows better than any other person before. She didn't miss one hair. A side note is that they also have the cleanest bathroom ever.
