Heritage Smoke Shop was recommended to me by a friend. They have late hours (open until midnight) which is perfect for those who can't get out early. Mike and Nikki were working when I came in. Both of them answered any questions I had and gave me recommendations for salt nic vapes and juice flavors. They were super cool and I felt like a friend immediately. The shop itself is well stocked with vapes to pipes to oils and cbd. There is a very good selection of sale items as well. Mike have me a great deal on my new vape too, which I was so appreciative of. Heritage is definitely going to be my go-to spot for all my smoking paraphernalia.?Btw- Mike was very insistent that the salt nic vapes would work for me if I had a desire to stop smoking cigarettes. I happened upon this place just by driving by, and let me tell you I'm fully satisfied and content that I did. I got to meet the owner, Mike, who did not in any way come off to me as if he was, indeed the owner. Long story short, this is now my new stop for vapes, and I'd recommend anybody in the area that's shopping around for vapes to first come here. They're very educated on what their clientele is looking for, helped me dramatically on what exactly I needed, then when it was time to cash out, I coulda swore he forgot something, because his products are that competitively priced! read more

I bought a glass on glass downstem and bowl for the water pipe I purchased last weekend from this place... the pieces that came with it sucked. The new bowl I bought broke inside of the bubble wrap on my way back to my house inside of my Quilted Purse. I went beck for an exchange. Homeboy did a crap job wrapping my piece and now they won't change it out? Even though IT IS STILL IN THE BUBBLE WRAP? I'm not going to pay for another one because you improperly wrapped my piece. Your 15% off is a joke. I have spent $200 at the store with in the past week. Keep living off the change your Rehab clients provide. I am Going to Grateful J's from now on. Overall this is one of my favorite new shops. Both employees were helpful and informative but weren't following me/ pressuring me into buying something. They even have a reward system which I thought was pretty cool. Most items were well priced except for some of the higher end glass. Still an awesome little shop. So after going to a different smoke shop for all my vaping and other such needs, I decided to try heritage for a change. There I met a young man, Michael was his name. He was super awesome. Very knowledgeable and made me and all of my indecisiveness feel right at home. He let me look at everything I wanted, explained pros and cons to each and didn't leave me with a single question in my mind. He was very patient and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I wasn't happy with. As far as the shop, it's great! Has everything you need and even things you don't, but you'll want them anyways. The best part is the e-juice bar! Other places in Boca Raton are all for profits, at heritage they bring the 420 community together through friendship, mutual respect, and EXPERTISE. One time they compensated me double because a product I purchased just happened to be defective, but all of their pieces are cheap and defective. A little less than impressed. Came in wanting to see what they had and possibly pick up some cool gear if they had it. The first thing I noticed was the Wildberry incense, which was nice. There was a nice selection of very pretty glass, and also plenty of pens as well. In general, the store has an ok vibe. Our experience was kind of strange. We noticed one pipe and when we exclaimed we loved how it looked we were told "you won't love the price", and when I asked why I was told how the pipe was made, but not how much it costs, and just walked off. Ok, mybe they're trying to hold on to those.. so then I asked about the price on some Atmos Jr.'s, but then I was told how they make some of the worst products on the market.. um.. ok.. so, I replied about how I have had mine for a year and a half and it's been good to me, at which point the guy spouts off "well, if you are enjoying it and you've had it that long, you're probably smoking wax out of it which they were never intended for..". Ok bro, you are racking up pomposity points by the second because I have now inquired about 2 different products and I have basically been told I can't afford one and that the because I like the other, I am using it illegally. (Good thing he set me straight because we all know that everyone the comes to a smoke shop only uses tobacco.. wtf.) So, now I am willing to give this ass hat one more chance. I notice a pile of cases and ask "Hey, how much are the cases? Or do they suck too? The response I got was "15 bucks. I like the cases, they never let me down." Then he just goes to working on a pen and taking care of these two guys that walked in 20mins after us.. This place sucked. We thought that the guy behind the counter was being rude and pompous. True, the vaping thing is a newer thing to me, but I wasn't here for that and never inquired about it because it's a smoke shop and I have been in and out of these types of joint since I was a teen, and usually people are nice in these places, but I found this one to be stuck up, pompous, and outright rude. I can't say enough about this shop, folks. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! And what makes it special, besides the most AMAZING selection of smoking supplies, whether its vaping or tobacco, is the staff!! Mike and Marco are incredible! and Courtney too, she"s just so cute!! They're funny, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and it's like going to see a friend when you go to this shop. That's how they treat you. There are stools for sitting and hanging about, when they are showing and demonstrating the latest and greatest stuff in the smoke world. Mike is VERRRRRY cool. I love this guy! Every time I go in, he smiles, greets me like an old friend, and cheerfully, SKILLFULLY proceeds to make a "build" for me from his incredible skill and experience, and these builds are 100 times better than anything I can do. Unlike other smoke shops, they WONT let me tip them or pay for this service!!! That is VERY unusual in this business! He always says: I just want you to be happy" And happy I am! Last night, he showed me an atomizer I'd never seen before, and did the most awesome, cloud producing, flavor bursting build I'd ever had. Listen up peeps: If you have NOT gone in to Heritage Smoke shop, located right next to The Duck on Federal Highway and Jeffrey Street in Boca, then you are missing out, plain and simple. I wouldn't steer you wrong. I've tried ALL the vape and smoke shops in the area, and this one is QUALITY, fun, and service, ALL THE WAY!
