Joe and his crew are AMAZING! We purchased a new house in Providence and IMMEDIATELY discovered…read morethat everything we flushed, showered, etc. was being backed up into our brand new finished basement. We discovered this on a Sunday evening. Joe became our plumber that night because he made himself available to come out the following morning. And he arrived on time. What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes.
