The service person who came was very professional and informative. It did cost about $90 just to get the system looked at which I was not expecting at the time. The total ended up being larger than I had expected, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my heat turned on immediately. I did that and I got a very quick response. Tim indicated that he was in my town and he could stop by and take a look. He did and made a quick diagnosis of what we needed. He showed me how I could fix it myself, but I think when he saw the look on my face he decided it would be good to call one of his plumbers on staff. Victor arrived very quickly as well. He could not have been nicer, kinder or more professional, same as Tim. Both of those gentlemen treated me like we were neighbors and have been friends for a long time. Anytime you're dealing with plumbing, you know that it could go badly either in terms of what you need or how much it's going to cost. But in both cases, this entire experience went as well as it possibly could. I very much appreciate Tim and Victor and I have a new plumber going forward. I can't recommend them any higher. This is the easiest decision I'll ever make in the future.
