Steve was one of the first I called and he said that he would try to fit us in to look at it. I also called three other companies. Two said they couldn't help us and one said that their earliest time to get here would be over a week away. Steve called back late in the day and I told him about trying to get someone to come. He came at 5:30 p.m. It turned out to be the breaker (which was not clear that it was not on) and he had to order another and got to us about 4 days later to install it. This year - 2022- in the fall we had technician Dave Wiebe here, a very knowledgeable Refrigeration expert/technician, who was a God-sent. Our Restaurant cooler which is used for operating our B&B in Victoria, BC, is at least 40 years old and its repair needs special knowledge, which Dave ***** certainly possesses. Thank you for an excellent repair, finding the root cause of the Cooler losing refrigerant and also fixing a water leak in the cooling system. Our Cooler is in a tight spot, it would take special effort to take it out and replace it, so we are very grateful to Dave for doing an excellent repair and saving us from replacing it!
