KTX (Izzy and his crew) did an excellent job redoing my expansion joints. There were many small…read moredetails that Izzy identified that made this 1000% better than doing it myself. First off, the color matching is a huge bonus. You can buy the Sikaflex material at Home Depot, BUT it only comes in two colors. Because KTX mixes their own product on the job, they can make pretty much any color you need. The color they used on my driveway came out perfect. Additionally, they put a clear silicone sand on top of the joints while they are still wet. This adds a layer or protection and prevents tire marks, stains, etc. It also means that the finish doesn't develop mold/mildew over time. Most importantly these guys were very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. I would give KTX my highest recommendation and will encourage all my friends and family to use them for expansion joint replacement. Thank you KTX for a job well done. Excellent work!

I had these guys come out to do my expansion joints in my driveway and sidewalk. They were also…read moresupposed to level a 3x6 piece in my sidewalk. They did the driveway fine but, when it came to the sidewalk, that's a different story. Their idea of leveling the concrete piece was pick it up and throw a brick under it but left the other side high and put a big blob of compound across both edges instead of leveling it. Then they evidently ran out if the compound they were using at the end and what area they had left was filled with a watery mixture that was splashed in the hole on two different expansion joints in the sidewalk. Someone evidently walked through it and smeared the expansion joint compound all down my sidewalk. Let's also mention that I walked outside during the time the older man was attempting to pick up the piece of concrete that was to be leveled and their employees were play fighting and tussling around tearing up my flowerbed that I had just paid a guy the day before $300 to fix. I get a hold of the company since the sidewalk isn't level and the mess. They were supposed to send people out to fix it, I had an appointment. They stood me up, rescheduled. They send guys who tell me they don't have tools to fix it. They get the first guy on the phone who says he is sending a crew the next day, they never showed, stood me up, no call, nothing. Needless to say, it has never been fixed, the company says the job is completed and does nothing but make excuses and take no accountability. I highly suggest, after what I've dealt with, that you find another company. If they lie to you and say I'm not telling the truth and dispute it, I have photos. The whole crutch is that I paid them and once they got my money, they didn't want to fix their mess and I was no longer a priority. The only thing they tried to tell me was I could level that piece of my sidewalk with a jack. That was their offer. The guy had already lifted it and threw a brick under one corner abd could have lifted the other corner and removed A shovel of dirt to lower the other corner. It didn't require a jack to begin with, why now and I sure didn't need an excavator. They advertise on FB and when you don't like what they say, they block you and keep your money.
