After I drove out based on that confirmation, they cancelled last-minute, then arrived nearly 30 minutes late the next morning. During the second visit one of the drivers made an inappropriate comment to my wife while she was outside alone. Whatever he meant, it was unprofessional and made her uncomfortable. When I contacted the company about the missed appointments and the comment, they first claimed it was "late notice," even though the texts clearly show they accepted the time. They then became defensive instead of apologizing or taking responsibility. I even offered to settle it privately with a small goodwill refund, which they refused. Their final message to me actually said, "If you think that a bad review would fix everything then that's your will." That tells you everything you need to know about their attitude toward customers. The piano was moved, but professionalism, honesty, and accountability were missing from start to finish. Future customers deserve to know what kind of communication and behavior to expect.

Upon speaking to the person that answered the phone (Grady), I got a good feel from him - he sounded honest, sincere, and knowledgable. The quote was extremely reasonable from what I had researched. I booked their service on the spot. The movers arrived about 20 min earlier than their estimated window (if that was their only problem, then it was a great problem to have) and waited outside the location (as the person who had the piano wasn't answering their door yet). They arrived and the 2 guys carrying the piano were very respectful and great as well! (I think their names were Leon and David?) We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

Mr Carlos Sosa stated he could come at 6:30 am, 12 pm or 5pm/6 pm. I agreed to 5 pm. The movers were stuck on another job at 5 pm and I was told they would arrive soon. At 6 :30 pm I was told they were 5 minutes away. They arrived at 8:30 pm. Because of this I missed another appointment.They request you pay $190 as soon as they arrive to guarantee they get paid for 2 hours. I requested a stop at my storage which was 2 minutes along the way to my new location. I was told $40, agreed to $25 extra. The movers were very young, but very careful with items. They drove slower than Mr Magoo. I was unable to put stuff in storage and now have to hire someone else to come get the items that do not fit!!!! Was told it was my fault for not sticking to the 12 pm time. WOW!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.
