They gave me a new price for trimming and performed the work quickly. They hauled off all of the branches and even cleaned up all the cypress needles from the yard. The provider failed to complete the job. He, Arturo, contracted to mow and edge once a week and pull weeds once a month. He NEVER pulled the weeds or spread the mulch that he agreed to do! We moved and from the outstanding job they did at our previous house I called them out to trim our new trees. Well, unfortunately it was not the same job as last time. First it was $100 more than last time but I was fine with that because it included a pine tree. I think he subcontracted out and he personally didn't do our trees. After reaching an agreement regarding the date and price, I was informed that the store had run out of St. Augustine grass. At approximately 1pm, the crew arrived, and I was advised that they would collect the grass sods. Subsequently, without prior consultation or agreement, I was requested to provide an advance payment. I courteously informed them that I would honor my commitment upon the completion of the agreed-upon terms. Regrettably, not only did they decline to accept this, but they also departed without fulfilling their obligations. It is advisable to exercise caution when engaging in such transactions and to ensure that all obligations are documented in writing. I was never rude to the crew as he claims. I never turned him down nor claimed I would not honor my payment obligation. I declined to pay an advance without prior agreement. So disappointed with how I was treated by this company. I wasn't able to be on site and they agreed to take photos, as well as send an invoice, so we could see what had been done. They have refused to send finished photos of all thworl done. I asked for an estimate for grass repair and got nothing. I did pay because I recieved one photo of the partial work and I trusted the work had been done. I was told someone would go take the photo in the next day or 2. It's been a month now. I asked for an invoice to be sent (which I told them was very important) and got a link for an invoice that was empty. I've reached out by text, call, and email and have been PURPOSEFULLY ignored.
